Annie was so helpful for the whole month leading up to the wedding and the day of! I had debated hiring a coordinator, but I cannot imagine if I wouldn’t have. Annie was super responsive and organized throughout the entire process. She joined in on our vendor meetings and later followed up with every vendor for us to coordinate schedules to make our timeline which was so helpful and a huge time saver! Annie thought of every detail imaginable to make sure the day ran smoothly. On the day of, I didn’t have a single ounce of stress because I knew I had Annie making sure everything went perfect. I am so thankful I had Annie to help make the wedding of my dreams come true and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Annie was one of the best decisions I've made during my wedding planning process. She is the wedding coordinator that goes above and beyond and whom you can rely on.

From our first meeting, she had such a positive and calming energy that instantly made me feel comfortable. You can immediately tell that she is very knowledgeable and professional in what she does. Her attention to detail is second to none as she was already mentioning many things I haven't even thought of.

She was always communicating with me throughout the process and was quick with answering my questions. She was in contact and updated the other vendors so we were all on the same page. Not to mention, they all loved her and also complimented how detail oriented she was. She also gave me advice on things that I was unsure of.

The elaborate schedule she curated for me was impeccable and helped relieve a lot of my stress. On the wedding day she helped set up anything that needed to be done and made me feel like there was nothing left to worry about. I definitely recommend adding on the "extra eyes" and "break down"!

It was nice to speak with her on the phone several times to ensure we had the timeline of our arrival set, as well as final details for Kat & Tylers photobooth experience! As a bride that hired Annie for our Northern Michigan wedding, I'm not exaggerating when I say she was the best investment we made in our wedding! My professional background gave me a lot of event planning experience, so when my fiance and I first started planning, we thought we'd be able to save money and coordinate everything ourselves. Just after our first meeting with Annie, she proved to us just how helpful her services would be for us. She had questions about things we never thought of and made sure no details were ever missed.

We were blown away with Annie's work and we were extremely pleased to have her on our team. We had a venue with a ton of moving parts and we had to bring everything (chairs/linens/decor/caterer/bartenders/etc). The multiple meetings throughout the 30 days leading up to the event really helped give me a huge sense of confidence going into the day. If we had to redo the day over and over while continuously cutting the budget - I would do a complete vision overhaul before we even considered not doing her as our day of coordinator! That's how much of an impact she made. She's organized and professional and has great attention to detail. Cannot recommend her enough!
