We had such a blast working with Carla and she made our wedding vision come to life! She thinks of everything and does not let you leave any detail out. She has so much experience, a wealth of knowledge, and many creative ideas. She gave us so many great suggestions and I fully trusted her opinions. She did a great job of showing us pictures of previous weddings for references and for inspiration. Carla was very patient with me and just so fun to work with. I only have wonderful things to say about Carla and as you can see in the photos, she made our wedding absolutely beautiful. Thank you, Carla!

To say the least the decorations were the most stressful and disappointing part of the wedding. Most of it was pretty, just not what I asked for. And the part where she mixed my wedding up with another event truly made me upset...

Carla's decorating services were apart of the package we purchased for our wedding at Plantation Oaks. There was a lot of communication problems throughout planning. We thought things were included when we had our initial meeting with her when they actually weren't. We were surprised to receive an additional invoice on top of what we had already paid for. But we paid for it as we thought it was what we wanted and was going to be worth it.
We were wrong.. At our meeting she didn't have the decorations present I was wanting but ensured me she had them so I trusted her. I asked for plain topless mason jars with floating candles. She set up silver topped mason jars with the candles and a hole in the top. It looked awful and clashed with my rose gold theme. I also had asked for single color of ribbon be placed on smaller jars around the table. She placed all my colors on each table. Which this wasn't terrible but once again not what I asked for. Also most of the led lights in the candles didn't work. Our seating chart was awful and had many guests complain about the presentation at it was printer paper that was poorly cut and tacked to a pretty grass filled frame. With paying the extra money I expected to be listened to and for it to be alot more than what it was.
Also she MIXED UP MY WEDDING!!! The week of (as if you're not already stressed enough as a bride the week before) she emailed me about my seating chart only having 7 tables. I tried correcting her sending her all the information from the venue and she argued with me and sent me someone else's seating chart with all their names etc. This had me so anxious leading up to so I asked her for a itemized list of decorations and the information for decorating and she wouldn't send it to me. After asking several times for this list, the day before the wedding she just told me to refer to the invoice she sent..

Carla will put all the time and effort into making sure you have the decorations you want for your big day. She was booked as part of an all-inclusive package. During our first meeting she gave me all the options that were part of the package and was very open with what would cost extra and the price. At our second meeting, she had the table set up for what we discussed to further decide. She was open with all prices and dates for when she needed final decisions/payments. She is a busy women so it takes her a couple days to respond to emails, she takes a few hours with text but she will respond.

Carla is truly AMAZING!!!! I could have never pulled my wedding off without her! ALL of her decor was FLAWLESS and completely BREATHTAKING!!! She was there every step of the way, answering ALL of my questions so quickly, meeting with me making sure MY vision was shown on my wedding day, and she completely exceeded my vision!!! She has such a kind soul and was so much fun to work with!!! I found a card box I really wanted she surprised me and she made sure I had it at my wedding!!! She truly went above and BEYOND!!! Also she coordinated my wedding which was such a blessing!! Everything was perfect because of her! Me and my husband are truly grateful for her and ALL she did for us!!! We love us some Carla and some Event Decor And More!!!!
