Tori and Caroline are amazing! We felt so reassured to have their support in the period leading up to our wedding and during the weekend itself (we opted for wedding coordination rather than full planning).

They coordinated the set up and take town perfectly, but it was invaluable having them there on the wedding day itself. They kept everything running smoothly and on time, and helped with the many things that happen that you just don’t expect! They are lovely to have around and fitted in so well with our families who said they could have been mistaken for guests! Ultimately, they allowed our day to just be about us and our celebration with friends and family - weren’t concerned with logistics at all! Thank you (and Freya) so much - we appreciated it so much!

These ladies are genuinely are the most amazing people. I'm so glad I randomly listened to a wedding podcast and thought I'm going to find them and ask them to help plan our day. Honestly the best thing we ever did. Their engagement with us throughout was so good and their ability to know what you need even before you do in the planning stages and especially on the day is just second to none. Their had such attention to detail with not only the big things but the little things too but standout was their kindness. Honestly do not know what we would have done without them. Thank you both x

Your expertise was clear and we really enjoyed getting to know you both. You were able to give us great advice and really knew the local industry which was so helpful. WOW and THANK YOU! Tori and Caroline helped us plan a wedding from scratch, as it was at a family house. We were honestly blown away by how amazing the two of them were. They guided us expertly through the planning and supported us to make all our random requests a reality. All of this made it the most amazing day that really felt like an amazing culmination of all the things we love so much. All of the suppliers they recommended and worked with were so unbelievably brilliant, and it made the whole process so easy knowing and trusting that these two were were just total pros and really all we had was to say ‘yes that sounds great!!’ to everything they suggested.

And then the week itself, they were both such kind, thoughtful calming influences at a time when we really needed it. They went above an beyond for us, including spending 15 minutes in the catering tent at 1AM fixing my dress that had been trodden on... and baking us brownies. So thank you so much for making it such a smooth memorable day. The reviews from guests were pretty darn good, with some seasoned wedding goers declaring it ‘top tier’ and the best wedding they had ever been to. We can't recommend these two enough!! Best wedding decision we made 🙂

Thank you so much to The Wedding Planners!! Hiring Victoria and Caroline was by far the best decision and investment we made during our wedding planning journey. We had the most amazing weekend of celebration, from an intimate rehearsal dinner and large welcome event, to the wedding day, ending with a farewell brunch - they carried out our vision better than we could have ever imagined, all while keeping us reassured and confident throughout the process. The experience, expertise and professionalism of TWPs saved us so much time, energy, money and unnecessary stress and drama, allowing us to fully focus on what mattered most in the months leading up. Without Tori and Caroline the wedding would have definitely been a huge challenge! The way the team brought everything together with limited stress and great communication was exceptional - such a key component to what was most definitely the best day of my life.
Other notable skills shown by the team were flexibility and humility, along with being able to show a can do attitude to be able to muck in whenever needed to get the desired outcome.

I cannot recommend Tori and Caroline enough. They were our planners for our December wedding and helped us put together an amazing team of suppliers, made our day run effortlessly smoothly and sorted any problems before they even became problems.
They went above and beyond from looking after our dog who wasn’t allowed inside our venue, to making sure our bags were taken to our hotel room for the evening and driving my husbands parents home when they got tired.
And on top of all this, they’re just really lovely people and genuinely enjoy what they do.
If you’re thinking of hiring wedding planners, stop thinking and look no further. These are your ladies!
