Marilú has all the skills you would desire in a wedding planner! Her ability to relate and communicate through what is a momentous and defining moment makes her a fundamental component of the journey you’re about to embark in. Although there is a lot of working leading up, you really get to see her shine on the big day when you realize there’s no way you could have done it without her by your side- with all the organization that is required to coordinate the vendors along all the moving parts of the day and unprecedented changes that will inevitably come up!

Our wedding was a week ago, and I am still over-the-moon with how perfectly everything turned out. Marilú and her team were AMAZING. We wanted to plan a wedding in 6 months, and while other wedding vendors were apalled at how quickly we were trying to make it happen, Marilú had no hesitations whatsoever. She was an excellent communicator, she had beautiful vision, and she gave us direction when we needed it. Most impressive was how professional and calm she remained when our Ruidoso venue was at risk of being affected by wildfires and floods. She swiftly put together a Plan B, never showed any concern or panic, and really helped us feel at ease. We really can't say enough about how happy we are with Event Creators' work. Not only were they professional and gave us the wedding we dreamed of, they were all just so nice and cool to hang out with during planning sessions and meetings. We love them so much!

Having Marilu as our wedding planner was by far the BEST decision my husband and I made for our wedding! Her expertise and passion are evident all the way though the wedding planning process. From the beginning she connected us with amazing vendors who were easy and fun to work with, helped us stay within our budget, and provided invaluable knowledge from all her experience. On the actual wedding day, my husband and I got to really enjoy it because Marilu and her team took care of coordinating our vendors, setting up a BEAUTIFUL venue space that literally looked like our Pinterest boards, and handled unexpected last minute changes like true professionals. Most importantly, Marilu really cares about the couples she works with and made us feel like we were working with a friend. Thank you Marilu for making our dream wedding become a reality!!
