Riding *The Polar Express* with the whole family was a great time! From the moment we got on, the energy was fun and festive. The staff and characters, including Teddy, really brought the experience to life, keeping everyone entertained with singing, storytelling, and plenty of holiday cheer.

The highlight was definitely seeing Santa and Mrs. Claus. Their appearance made the whole trip worth it, especially for the kids. The hot chocolate and treats were a nice touch, and the atmosphere felt like stepping right into the classic story.

Overall, it was a fun and well-organized experience that’s perfect for families looking to get into the holiday spirit. Definitely worth checking out!

We loved the Christmas train experience! Definitely recommend! Staff were wonderful, enthusiastic, and helpful. Train does have a restroom but only in one of the cars.

They do a great job here. I personally like the boat ride more, but the train is a relaxing ride. The boat was great- they have food you can purchase and they give you a history lesson. You are able to go on deck as well and look out at the scenic area. I believe we went through Essex, Chester, and Deep River.

As a belated birthday gift to my boyfriend. I bought him and I tickets to the dinner train. He loves trains. I love food. So what more could we ask for?

From the second we stepped foot on the train we were transported to a different time. The history we were learning was all fascinating and engaging. The views were straight out of a movie. And the food/drink complemented the whole experience.

This dinner and train ride was some of the best money I have spent in 2024. Anyone who is even remotely thinking about experiencing this - DONT WAIT! Buy your tickets now!

We had the time of our life on the Polar Express! The kids and adults had a great time, we can't wait until next year. We will get the Deluxe train tickets next year for a little more room and luxury.

We visited on a Monday in July which is 50% off coach ticket prices. We did the train and river boat excursion which was 2.5 hours in total. If you want the most scenic view of the marshes sit on the station side of the train. There is no AC in the coach cars but the windows open for a breeze. The river boats seating is a little cramped. We sat at the back on a wooden bench seat for more room. The river boat tour was full of history and interesting facts. If you want to hear the tour guide, sit at the front of the boat.

What an amazing chance. To ride a 150-year-old train beautifully restored and relive how the experience sights and smells of a steam train sounds like a few generations ago. Make sure to arrive 30 to 45 minutes earlier. Get the tickets and take pictures in front of the steam locomotive with a chance to see them started up and shovel coals inside the steam engine. Amazing opportunity. Overall in a one hour ride.

We took the train and boat tour. Even for someone without a specific interest in trains it was a fun, relaxing, and interesting afternoon. If you're a train or history buff then you're sure to have a great time.

Maddy, the boat tour narrator was exceptional.
