Escot has been our bus of choice for the past 20 plus years. Bus is always well kept and usually new. The service provided by the office sales organization is exceptional. If you are dealing with Payton you will always know and feel like everything is taken care of...and if you have an issue, she is always available...even on the weekend. Payton is exceptional. Then the drivers...Wow. We had the same driver for over 25 years taking us too and from the races at Daytona and loved him. However, he was getting older and his eyesight was failing. So this year we got a new driver, but the original driver was also with him. Incredible...Kind of training the new driver, but we were also able to see our friend. They become part of our family. Escot is incredible!!!!!

GYC PLANNERS utilized Escot for one of our client trips to Orlando. It was an exceptional experience from beginning to end as the agent booking the trip and as the client utilizing the bus. The drivers were courteous. The bus was on time and they even had to wait as our flights were delayed. Payton is awesome to work with. If you’re looking for a bus company in Orlando, I recommend trying Escot.

Escorts Bus Company left us stranded at City Walk, claiming they were at max capacity. The driver informed us he couldn’t take any more passengers, but as soon as we walked away, he allowed six adults onto the bus. We had three small children with us and asked the driver what we should do. His response? "I don't care, go figure it out."

What if we didn’t have the money to call an Uber or make alternative arrangements? Calling the company for accountability has been an absolute nightmare. Not only did they fail to address the situation responsibly, but they also endangered the entire bus by overloading it. They made no effort to send another bus for the stranded passengers, demonstrating a serious lack of concern for safety.

Avoid relying on this company—they prioritize neither safety nor customer service and could put your life at risk.

Response to the Owner, I have yet to received any email communications on reimbursement, I have reported your actions on a federal and state level also have taken legal action.

José's caring attitude, particularly toward our older guests, was truly commendable, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout. He consistently arrived ahead of schedule, keeping everything running smoothly. His lively and engaging personality was a hit with our younger audience, making the journey enjoyable for all. I had Donna as my driver today for a 2nd grade field trip. She was the rudest, most inappropriate driver I have ever had on a field trip. First, she stated I had alcohol in my yeti cup. (It was coffee at 8AM in the morning.) Then she was rude to the teacher about inserting a video. “Well, are you going to do it before I start driving? I’m not helping. I don’t know how to do it.” Then during the drive she turned around to me and said, “you will lower your tone.” When I looked at her confused, she repeated, “you need to be quiet!” This was is an extremely aggressive and rude tone. I was honestly shocked. The video playing was extremely loud, much louder than myself and the mom I was speaking to. Two other moms looked extremely surprised by the outburst. Then when the mom and I were boarding after the trip, Donna proceeded to tell several moms and the teacher that we were not allowed to sit in the same seats and had to sit in the back. This was highly inappropriate, embarrassing and downright rude. I have written the company and will update if they contact me about actions taken regarding this behavior. I would not use this bus line, and I certainly would request NOT to have Donna as your driver.

This was my first tome using Escot Bus Lines. They were very responsive throughout the quoting process through the actual charters. I didn't have to ask for driver names or numbers. They sent me emails with them. The drivers were professionally dressed, knew where they were going and drove safely.
Too any drivers want to be the show, if you will. They did their job responded when asked questions and were overall very professional.
I will be using Escot for all future charters in Miami.

We used this bus company for a corporate event in Volusia County. The customer service was outstanding, specifically our Sales Coordinator, Payton Duplex. It was quick and easy to schedule and communicate our needs. The bus was clean, roomy and cool. Our driver John was early, polite, and provided a smooth and safe ride throughout the day with 7 different stops along our event tour. Overall a great experience for our company and guests.
