Awesome company! Got my e-ridderr scooter last March after seeing them at the Houston RV show. I take it to the beach and ride for miles all day on one battery charge. Also take it camping and got a cart to pull my fishing gear to the pier. This thing is fast. Love it. Just last month started hearing a clicking from the back wheel. It came with a years warranty so I gave them a call and brought it in. Picked it up a week later. They had replaced the wheel and motor, touched up some scratches, changed the rubber floor mat, and changed the headlight due to a little condensation on the milage and battery window. I truly didn't expect all that to be covered under the warranty 100%! Great Job! Highly recommend this scooter, this company, and it's staff.

We absolutely LOVE our E-riderrs! These have been so fun for us as a couple, and to ride with friends. They’ve been an awesome way for us to get out and spend time together having day dates cruising around the city stopping for coffee, lunch, and exploring new spots around town. Not to mention, they’ve also been a major game changer for us with exercising our dogs! We have very high energy police dogs and running them next to the scooters around the neighborhood and on hiking trails has been a literal lifesaver! Our older dog even loves to ride it with us and prefers riding it than running (can’t make this stuff up 😂!) I also want to mention that the customer service we have received has been top notch! Communicative, prompt, helpful and just all around great people! Couldn’t be happier with these electric scooters!

The shooters are amazing! My wife and I each have one and cruise the neighborhood. Everyone who sees them can't help but ask what they are and tell us how cool they are! They are perfect to take camping or to the beach. The owners is a great guy as well. He is quick to help if you need anything!

Love this scooter! As someone in their mid twenties living downtown in a big city, this scooter has been perfect for daily commutes to the grocery store, out to eat, grabbing coffee, cruising over to friends houses, as well as just getting out and adventuring more! I love that it gives me the ability to save money and time not having to drive my car or sit in traffic for short commutes! Super happy with it!

I have loved my E-Ridder for the last year and half. We took it on vacation in Big Bend National Park and down to Galveston. #1 you get great views from a bike and they are super comfortable so you don’t get tired of riding them. #2 they are quiet so you feel like you can ride around and not disturb anyone else. Not to mention the custom fenders. Love it!

I bought 2 E-Riderrs for Christmas 2 years ago and they have been such a great vehicle for me and the kiddos. Reliable and maintenance free so far and I (my teenage kids and their friends mostly 😀) have put them through a lot so far. I use them for quick trips to the store and coffee. They travel well and make long weekend trips a lot of fun! I also love that they are a family business!

They lie and say they are street legal without tags and insurance. That's a lie on Texas I have the ticket to prove it. I spent over $2000 with accessories and now I can't ride it. Not to mention I paid extra for a 30 mi battery which did not go 30 miles I ended up having to pushing about four because it ran out these things are built very cheaply the floor mat is not even glued down it's just connected on one side if you go over 10 miles an hour it flaps up and down and will eventually come off just laying over the battery case. I like to reiterate I paid extra for a battery that was supposed to go 30 miles and it didn't and I ended up pushing it. They didn't tighten the bolts on the rear light or the seat all three bolts on the seat fell off I had to replace within the first week the rear light bolt on the left side fell off. I paid over $2,000 for this thing it's not worth it it shouldn't have been more than say $500... And I like to mention again you cannot drive these on the street without tags or insurance the cop they gave me the ticket pulled up the statute on his phone and showed me the law. Stop telling these people that they don't have to have insurance or a license for this thing he said if it is a motorized vehicle and has a serial number on it has a number on it which it does a serial number it has to be registered tag and insurance minus five stars would never buy again would minus five stars would never buy again would not

OBSESSED with our Erider. So much we bought two haha! Perfect for the whole family. Everyone stops us because they’ve never seen anything like it. Great customer service too!
