My husband and I stayed here for the first time in February 2025 and were very pleased. The rooms were very clean and well kept. We were able to enter easily and love the number key entry for easy enter and exit without the fear of losing a key. The facility was very clean as well and while they are still doing a little construction of the patio area it was still very nice and we were able to do every thing that we wanted/needed to do. The gas grills that they provided were brand new and easy to use. The pool was great as well. The provide laundry services, but we did not have the occasion to use those. The grounds are really nice and they offer beach chairs, umbrella, and other things to first come first serve. There are lounge chairs the picnic tables available as well. The parking lot is easy to access and we never had a problem with parking. Our room was quiet and we never encountered a noise problem. Wifi worked perfectly. The maintenance guy was also very helpful and kind. The beach is really nice and very seclude and not as busy as many other areas. This place is perfect for those that want to enjoy the wonderful beach. It is not noisy and crowded. Perfect to sun bath, build your sand castle or gather shells. We love it here!!! Would highly recommend this place and we would go here next time we are wanting to stay in the area.

Air B&B, beautiful view of the ocean. Super small room. Perfect for our purpose. Walk to the beach to enjoy the sunset. Quiet environment. Enjoyed it. Negatives were, only enough coffee n condiments for 1 person for 1 day and no way to get more. Air filter in room was uncovered and needed to be changed months ago. So full of dirt and debris. TV did not work the entire time we were there. Directions on the wall did not work. Smart TV and we even tried to cast our own Netflix without effectiveness. The TV not working was not the worst thing. It made us connect and study for our upcoming state exams and walk on the beautiful ocean that was just a few steps away. Would definitely recommend this room for a day or 2 for a couple.

Emerald on the Water - Formerly Belleair Beach Club is a good place to stay. The location is ideal, with a wonderful beach just steps away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, offering a relaxing atmosphere. Parking is safe and secure, which adds peace of mind. It's also conveniently close to Publix, dining options, and other amenities. Recommend for anyone looking for a beach getaway!

We originally booked room 212, but because of water damage we were moved to 313. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The oceanfront view was beautiful!|The room was VERY small. It had 1 bedroom and a main room. The main room television was on the side wall which made watching tv from the chair odd. There was no dishwasher and a tiny counter area which made it difficult to have food in the room.|The bedroom had a bed which was so high I had a very hard time getting into it. There was no tv or dresser in the bedroom. We had to keep our clothes bags in the main room.|The first thing I saw upon entering the room was an envelope asking for a tip for the cleaning service, considering I paid a high cleaning fee I thought it was inappropriate. Also, service fees were as much as the total for our 3 nights.|The beach has new sand dunes which were very high, and many people complained about it being difficult to climb. The pool fit 8 people comfortably. |The pictures look nice, but there are nicer condos for less money on the beach.

My wife and I found this place during Thanksgiving week 2019 and nothing else in our price range was available. The price, location, service, rooms, & all around atmosphere was better than I could have imagined.
All of the staff treated everyone like family. One of the ladies in housekeeping made everyone at the place Thanksgiving dinner, even guest! I felt like I was at home with family and friends when we sat down and ate dinner together with other guest and staff.
We decided to make this a yearly tradition to return and visit.
We stayed in 2 different rooms because of our last minute booking. Both rooms were better than places I’ve stayed that cost double the price of a similar room here.

Rooms are small and a little dirty. No daily service. Dogs bark at you. Adequate for us (short stay). Great location. Right on Belleair Beach.

This place has the best sunsets of any place we've stayed. Small balcony but they have some with bigger balconies. Coin operated washers & dryers. Ice machine on first floor. They don't have a luggage rack. We stayed in 311. They do have an elevator. Our condo was okay needed a deep cleaning. The furniture was clean. It's pretty small our condo was pet friendly. View from balcony was great.

What a great find This is a beautiful beach looking I need to keep it quiet. Will maintain great staff and very enjoyable. Pool was clean and safe and much better location than the other beaches if you want peace and quiet nice grill outside as well
