We spent the weekend at Embassy Suites in NW Arkansas, not for a Razorback game, but to see my musical hero/icon/legend Nile Rodgers and CHIC, along with Billy Idol. Nile Rodgers has been on my bucket list, so it did not matter that we had to travel from Hawaii all the way to Arkansas via Dallas, (a 5.5 hr drive each way) then fly back the next day after the concert. I chose this place because the hotel is right across the street from the Walmart Ampitheater (Walmart AMP) and walking distance. ||Keep reading toward the end for a BIG SURPRISE.||SERVICE: Mariah was at the front desk checking us in, and she was from Hawaii! Very nice girl. We got texts daily asking how they were doing. Housekeeping came by really late, like after 3:30 PM after we got back to our room from sight-seeing so we turned down the service as we still had nice fluffy towels. ||THE ROOM: The 2-room corner suite was really nice and spacious and clean. It came with a bar, microwave, fridge, full sized mirror, two queen beds, a chaise lounge, TVs in both rooms - and a cracked window in the anteroom which was taped with green masking tape. The bedroom faced the interstate, which was noisy through the walls. I could hear the cars/trucks speeding by, but I was tired so it was more like white noise. The A/C was loud, but at least it worked. Didn't really hear any neighboring room noises. ||BED: a bit soft, but clean and comfy. Pillows didn't smell like BO, like most places I've been. ||PERKS: free hot breakfast every morning, different fruits. Fresh Omelet station. Lots of choices. Coffee was strong and good. Very good. Lots of seating, even in the bar area in the morning. One of the best free morning breakfasts in any hotel I've ever been in. ||PARKING: $10 a day extra for hotel guests. Lots of open spaces. Embassy managed to keep the concert parkers out on the day of the concert. ||BIG SURPRISE: I got to meet Nile Rodgers!!! He was trying to get breakfast when I interrupted him. His plate was still empty but he graciously agreed to take a photo with me. I also went back after 30 minutes and we casually waved at him and he called us over to his group. He threw his arm over my shoulder and gave me a hug, he held my hand in another photo. He was one of the nicest celebrities I've ever met - very humble and genuinely friendly. I was over the top dying inside!!! The man I came to see was staying at the Embassy Suites! ||It's no surprise that musical celebrities may be staying here, especially if they are playing at the Walmart AMP, as it's right across the street and convenient. So if you want to see your favorite musician at the AMP, book a room at the Embassy Suites and you may get lucky!!

Great place to stay! Service was fantastic especially the ladies in the coffee shop. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable waiting for my husband to get out of a meeting. My only compliment would be the customer service at the check desk could be a little better. The young girl working that desk was not very friendly.

Came here on a 3 day business trip. Great experience. Check in was friendly and courteous. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed a great night's sleep each night. The complimentary welcome drinks were amazing. Great waking distance to businesses and eateries. The breakfast here at the hotel was also very good.

My wife and I stayed here with our two dogs for a few days over a holiday weekend. This is a great location if you are going to a concert at the AMP, which we did. It's literally a 5-min walk, and you can hear the concerts from the hotel (not to worry, there's a city ordinance that says music has to be off by 11pm).
The staff was great, from check-in to breakfast to room service; everyone was friendly and happy to assist with any request we had. We had a premium one room suite on one of the HHonors floors and it was well equipped and spacious. We like Embassy for the breakfasts and managers receptions' and while they are typically pretty good in general, this Embassy location stands out. Most we have travelled to have the seating areas in the middle of the atrium, which is fine, but it can get very loud. This location has seating more at the periphery, which makes for better acoustics and navigation through the main level.
We were able to easily get the dogs up and down when needed, though the staff mentioned and we experienced that some dogs are a bit timid in the elevators. We think this is maybe because the back side is glass versus being fully enclosed like most elevators. There are multiple areas to walk the dogs nearby, both on sidewalks and grassy spaces.
We didn't use the pool but it did look nice. Parking is no problem and is ample, and there are some spots up front reserved for Diamond members.
All-in-all a very nice property and we will be back.

Wish I could give 10 stars! Took my wife to a concert for her birthday. We have stayed here a few times because it’s clean, the staff is great and the location is perfect for going to the concerts. I have to say, this time they went above and beyond! They have an amenity list you can choose from and since it was my wife’s birthday I indulged with the charcuterie tray, fruit, snacks and chocolate covered strawberries. They didn’t have my wife’s wine of choice so I just asked for something close. Ms. Katherine went out of her way to get the wine my wife likes even though they didn’t have it on site. My wife was so happy with the presentation and the fact that Ms. Katherine took the time to personalize the experience by going out of her way is beyond wonderful. We will always come back to this hotel when in the area. Again… wish I could give them and Ms. Katherine 10 stars! Thank you Embassy!

It's a pretty good place to stay, I was here for a knife show and just stayed overnight instead of driving the 2 hours home, the room itself was great, fairly clean, nice bedding, better TV than most hotels I've stayed at. But also at that the TV was kinda lacking in the sense that I couldn't sign into youtube and most of the services you were supposed to use your own account for. I was able to hear a Megadeath concert from the pool deck which for me is a positive but I know some wouldn't like that. In all it's a good place to stay and I would recommend it. Everything I saw was pretty clean and the service was amazing especially during the free snacks/drinks, all the employees were very kind, and everything seemed to have a positive atmosphere.
