The room was supposed to be non smoking but stunk of it terribly! The carpet in the bedroom had burns all in it! The walls had mold and the wall paper was peeling off! The ceiling had water stains and the popcorn was falling down and the carpet and furniture was nasty! I felt very bad about it because I didn’t stay there but I encouraged My Sister in law and Her Kids to stay there because of the reviews and from going there years ago when I first moved here! Please think twice before staying here! Yes it is very convenient but that just isn’t good enough! I have many pictures if You want to see? It will not let Me post them on here but look under photos!

We had a family reunion at the Embassy suits. It was perfect! Rooms are big, the lobby is spacious, the complimentary breakfast is amazing. But best of all, every single employee I encountered was exceptionally kind & helpful especially Lynette who worked with me every step of the way through all the months of planning. We had more guests than expected and the kitchen staff and wait staff quickly set up more tables and put out more food. We were all very pleased.

My room was spacious and clean! The bed was comfortable. The company that Embassy Suites uses to service the rooms went above and beyond the day after I checked in! Breakfast was delicious, especially the made-to-order omelettes! The front desk attendants were lovely and helpful, especially Tia! The hotel is older and needs updating but it was clean and organized. Fresh towels were left on the second day otherwise my room wasn’t serviced on that or the third and last day of my stay. I would stay there again!

You have to get an omelette from Ms. V! I was impressed by her efficiency, friendliness, and quality! After breakfast, Ms. Weezie happily and kindly cleaned our table. She had the best smile. I slept great in my comfortable bed and loved the spacious room. The music from the lobby during the day made for a fun atmosphere. My group enjoyed being so close to Central Ave to enjoy the area. I’d come back!

The hotel is near downtown and the rooms are 2 room suites that are a bit dated but still nice. They are beginning to do renovations. The breakfast omelets are very good, and service is friendly and efficient. The coffee is terrible. This is a Hilton property serving Motel 6 coffee. Out of some machine that tastes barely better than burnt truck stop tires (I have no idea). The coffee is in desperate need of being upgraded.

Rooms definitely need an upgrade, but that is in the works. Breakfast is excellent. Love that it has a large dining room/bar area so everyone is able to gather, sit around, and talk. Easy walk to the main strip.

Staff was great, front desk girl Lindsey was the sweetest and so helpful. The bar tender needs help at night for happy hour, poor girl ran her butt off overwhelmed because of so many people on such a busy weekend. Overall service was awesome. But now the bad part: rooms are not worth what you pay by any means. Beds are hard old spring mattresses with little to no padding left in them. I paid for a suit thinking we were more likely to get upper end stuff, as an honors member with Hilton for years staying at many locations myself, I have never been more disappointed in a place then here. Put money back into improving your location if you continue to carry to Hilton name. Worst night sleep I've had in a while. Kid you not a best western has better beds..... That's saying something. Not sure I'll give this place another chance to be honest.

Location was the only positive for this 2 night stay. I chose this hotel as I was attending a summit at the convention center and at previous stays this was a quality hotel, but no more! They are going to be renovating but that doesn’t excuse the poor housekeeping. Dispensers weren’t filled resulting in having to get out of the shower to call the automated front desk for assistance and still took over an hour to get the dispensers filled. The management tried to help by providing the sample sizes only to be given lotion and shower gel, so still no shampoo. The room smelled musty, had candy and crumbs left from previous stay. The faucets were so hard to pull up in the bathroom and bar sink that the water shot out like a fire hose. They want $10 to self park when their parking lot was probably about a third of what it was, leaving us to park on the street as there were no available spaces. Considering this stay amounted to just under $200/night we would have been much better off staying at a hotel farther away and saved a bunch of money.
