Our family stayed at this Embassy Suites for 3 weeks while our home was being repaired. We chose this hotel mainly due to the location and it worked out very well. The hotel is very easy to find as it is right off I-75 and across the street from Hamilton Place Mall. It is part of a large development that is in easy walking distance of a Publix grocery store, multiple restaurants including Mellow Mushroom, Dos Bros, Newks Eatery, Drakes and Tropical Smoothie Cafe and retail such as REI. If you want to drive there is just about every chain restaurant you can think of within a mile as well as a Trader Joe’s, Walmart, Target and a mall full of other retailers.||The hotel itself is very nice and the housekeeping team does a great job of keeping all of the public spaces clean. The gym is well equipped with cardio machines and dumbbells. The indoor pool is very nice and there is an adjacent patio area for when the weather is nice. The hotel is also great for dogs as there is a pond in the development with sidewalks around it that we used for walks.||Our room was well organized and had space for 2 adults to work remotely. There was room for our suitcases and it never felt cramped. Housekeeping was pleasant and kept us stocked with towels.||One of the highlights of any Embassy Suites is the breakfast and this one is no different. The staff grew to know our order and they work very hard every morning. The evening reception is a nice bonus as well.||I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chattanooga. We saw plenty of business travelers, families with kids and people who came for events at the hotel. If you are mainly visiting sites downtown it would still work well but you will experience traffic since the interstate is under construction at seemingly every turn. We loved our time here and would definitely return.

Check in was a breeze. We were greeted as Hilton Honors members. Our room was updated and spacious. The beds are comfortable and room quiet. The evening recepton was as expected. Breakfast was one of the best. Our only disappointment was the recommended pizza joint across the street. It was not great. I especially enjoyed the IT'S on display.

Front desk staff nice, check in quick and smooth. Hotel lobby is a nicer embassy suites than most. Room is very average. Hair in the bathroom, which just automatically makes a room feel unclean even if it has been cleaned imo. A simple improvement to the rooms would be warm white lightbulbs, who can feel calm and restful with bright white led bulbs. Mostly the problem is likely me, I just don’t like the mid and lower end Hilton product. The area here is good if you are just passing through and need a safe roadside hotel.

The hotel is very nice and clean . My room was spacious and bed comfortable. The bath towel are big and soft . There was a large selection for breakfast. Plenty to choose from including fresh omlets made with your choice of fillings . They have a large dining area. There are only two negatives for me. The parking is limited and the water pressure in room 411 is low. I have long hair and it took a while to get the shampoo and conditioner out . Would definitely stay again. Very nice

Not your normal Embassy Suites. I booked and thought Embassy Suites were two room suites. A bedroom and a living room. Well this one put me in Junior suite which is just one room with a bed and a sofa. So be careful you get the room you want. The manager’s reception was good. They had meatballs, guacamole sauce along with chips and salsa, cheese and pineapple. The bar tender did a great job but surprisingly almost no one tipped her. Especially parents with multiple kids requesting Shirley Temples. Don’t get a beer unless you want a really small glass. I have never seen such small glasses. Also get your two drinks at the same time because the lines are long. At Les 30. Most started showing up at 6 instead of the 5:30 opening. They needed more than one but if people don’t tip they wouldn’t take the job. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Some within a short walk.

Location is great. Many nearby restaurants. Marissa at front desk check in was wonderful. Room clean bed very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was outstanding. Now the not so good. The 1 bartender in bar was very nice. The second one was very rude and at 7:29 said we could not have our second drink as bar was closed. My husband showed her his watch and she reluctantly made our drinks. Another issue was this woman was mopping the floor prior to closing leaving floor dangerously slippery. No warning of bar closing or wet floor. Another issue was breakfast, cold potatoes, hard fruit, and not so happy chef. When they say breakfast closes at 9 they mean 9 and not able to get 2nd cup of coffee.

Cool-looking hotel in a fantastic spot with plenty of dining nearby including Mellow Mushroom, and Scooter’s for coffee lovers. There’s also a Publix (great bakery, wings, and subs!). ||Shoutout to the Breakfast Buffet staff, they were fantastic! Phenomenal service. Breakfast was good although omelets seem smaller than before, but you can get more! Front desk staff was just… there—not rude, just not the usual Hilton warmth.||Rooms are spacious, and housekeeping was on point—hallways & public space were spotless! Bonus: they serve Peet’s Dark Roast in the morning. Not bad.

Marisa at check in was EXCELLENT !! She had some of the best customer service I’ve seen in years! She should totally teach a class. Gave me lots of recommendations for fun things to do around town. The room though was very dated, especially the bathroom loose toilet seat, rusty microwave, rusty bathroom it was pretty nasty I really wish I could’ve switched rooms. Outside of the room the hotel lobby area is very nice
