Ellen Hillery at Enchanted Memories planned our unforgettable steamboat cruise up and down the Mississippi River in February 2020. My mom and I were dying to take this trip but had no idea where to start. This is where Ellen came in. She was incredible and her attention to detail was outstanding! She was able to do all the heavy lifting and research every little detail to plan for our trip. She was able to book us the BEST suite on the boat, get us discounts, and book our excursions / tours beforehand. She answered all our questions and prepared us so well for our journey. Ellen took great care of us. The trip was smooth with zero stress. I can’t wait to plan our next trip with Ellen!

I've used Ellen twice now to plan trips - one was a family trip to the Caribbean, and our most recent trip was for my husband and I to travel to London and Paris. Ellen is always responsive, professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. For our latest adventure, she booked us 2 beautiful hotels which were centrally located and walking distance to all of the hot spots in each city. She provided options for day trips and took into consideration my bucket list of seeing the Normandy Region in France, including the gorgeous little resort town of Etretat and it's amazing cliffs. And when our flight home was cancelled by the airline 2 days prior, Ellen worked to ensure that we were on a new flight home, seated together, and leaving on the same day. We were able to enjoy the last of our vacation days as we knew that Ellen was handling the details. She kept in constant communication, even with the time difference. Ellen is fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to use her again for future travel.

I've worked with Ellen for two trips Ireland 2018 and Iceland 2019 for large parties of 6 or more. She managed all of the bookings, changes, and notified us of any changes with the airline. For our Iceland trip, 2 member of the party had to change their dates two months before the trip began. She seamlessly made the adjustments and negotiated any additional fees, which the two separated parties to continue on with their trips.

It's great to know we have a experienced travel professional assisting us through the planning, and on-call throughout the trip to address any issues that come up, especially for international travel.
