From start to finish…Rich was amazing! After meeting him at the a Bridal Expo, we knew immediately he would be the one to bring our entire vision come true in less than 8 months. At our first hello at the Expo… Rich was friendly, easy to talk to and had excellent people skills on top of a contagious huge smile. It was hard to not want to talk to this happy human. Within a couple days, we were in touch and booked him to be our Day of Coordinator for our October 2024 Wedding. There were zoom calls, phone calls and tasks that kept us on track. He never rushed our meetings and made sure to address everything and more. His quick responses to emails and texts kept me sane from the usual waiting game. The final weeks leading up to our wedding we were in the most contact and the ease of him taking over vendor calls and emails were a lifesaver. Here we are, the morning of and Rich and his partner had big smiles ready to conquer the action packed day. If it weren’t for Rich, I would never would have been aware of the minor hiccups that he took care of throughout the day. Throughout everything, Rich still made time to make sure my new groom and I were good and had everything we needed. He was with us until we left our venue and will always be part of our love story! Rich was amazing! He was so easy to work with and so incredibly kind. Both him and his partner were great on the day of our wedding and never skipped a beat. We had some issues with our venue leading up to the wedding date and Rich handled everything with grace while always remaining calm. Highly recommend!!!
