Elite Vacations is top notch! Amy is so wonderful. She is organized, helpful, and will walk with you every step of the way. She made sure every detail was covered for my very 1st cruise! The gift bag she put together was a special touch that made cruising a little easier. I will definitely be using Elite Vacations as my future travel agent. I used Elite Vacations for All to coordinate my husband's 50th Birthday Cruise! During my first meeting with Amy, I communicated what I wanted and received excellent results! She took care of everything from the pre-cruise hotel to the post-cruise transportation back to the airport. She even called us to make sure we received the notification that our flight was delayed. Amy made the celebration special for us by having a cake delivered to our stateroom on my husband's birthday. What a thoughtful surprise! This was my first cruise and ELITE VACATIONS FOR ALL made sure that I had an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend using EV for planning a vacation. Amy provided excellent customer service during my last cruise vacation. My mom and I arrived in Ft. Lauderdale the day before our cruise. Amy made arrangements for us to be picked up from the airport and taken to our hotel. To our surprise, she had booked us a room at a beachfront hotel so we could enjoy a little sun and sand before our cruise. Amy also arranged transportation to and from the cruise port. She made sure that we had plenty of time to get back to the airport after our cruise. I highly recommend Elite Vacations for All!

Amy did a great job coordinating our family cruise trip. My son and I have never cruised before and she took care of every detail, from our pre-cruise hotel stay, to making sure that everyone in my family had their cruise ship boarding pass. Most of the members in my family were first time cruisers. Amy gave us helpful tips to make our first cruise enjoyable and memorable. She even gave us anti-nausea wristbands to wear to make sure that no one got sea sick. I will be calling Amy and using Elite Vacations again. Excellent service!
