Was in constant contact month after month, gave us information to our destination, gave us tips, and even mailed a folder filled with all travel information and reminders. I wanted to plan a 10yr anniversary trip for my wife and I. We honestly never really had a honeymoon so this was a big deal for us. I don’t travel much mostly for work but never with my wife in this capacity. I needed some guidance and lucky enough for me my cousin started this business right on time. I know he’s family but this was new to him as well. I was glad to be his first client in this crucial trip for me and my wife. He provided all advice and information didn’t even know we needed. I started planning the trip in December of 23. Every step of the way he was there. Our trip is coming up on January 10th 2025. My experience with Elite Travel Adventures was very pleasant & enlightening. Although, I unfortunately wasn’t able to book my trip due to unforeseen circumstances, Mr. Mitchell remained professional & continued to seek different options & accommodations for me.

He was punctual & consistent with his timelines when presenting information to me. He answered all of my questions & noted any & all concerns when planing the itinerary. When asked, he shared his personal preferences regarding different resorts & why they would best suit me & my group. He was extremely patient with me while coming up with a budget for my trip and my dates. Professionalism was always shown.

Planning and coordination: All of the details regarding the trip were planned, coordinated and executed seamlessly. We were provided with consistent relevant updates and reminders leading up to the trip.

During: Throughout the trip things were being arranged to provide us with the best experience possible. Such as perks that typically aren’t openly offered by resorts unless you know what to ask for. Not to mention, the Preferred Members status and the exclusivity that comes with it (private lounges, check in areas, pools, etc.).

Post Trip: All of the return travel arrangements were coordinated for us. The requirement we had leaving was to wake up on time because everything was already taken care of. Shortly after our return we were even given proposed trip options for the following year so that we would have time to think about the next well deserved vacation.
