Was having a very hard time finding a company that would give me a chance. I walked in to Elite in hopes they would be able to help find me work and they came through very fast. The process was simple and they found a place for me within 2 days of applying. Don’t go in expecting to get an easy job, it’s all work. Show up on time, don’t miss, pay attention and do your job and you will do just fine. A big thank you to Elite Manufacturing!

My husband called and told a guy who works here that this next week would be his last week because he was offered a job at another place where he didn’t have to work swing shift. He finished out the next 4 days of that week and then drove up there to turn in all of his stuff. The guy he spoke to put down that he quit on the spot without notice and he didn’t get his paycheck on Friday. I had to call myself as his wife and demand for someone to tell me where his paycheck was. Brittany was very rude and talked over top of me, lied to my face and tried to tell me that he already spoke to payroll then turned around and said payroll was out of office. She had to ask the glass plant if my husband really worked the week of New Years and of course they said he did and they did end up sending his paycheck through that day but I would not recommend working for this company because clearly they need to get it together.

I will say honestly this is a good agency to work through and get a job from they have been very nice and helpful and seemed to have found me good jobs each time I've came through them definitely recommended from me and my experience to get a job and they do what they are supposed to do! Vance, Brittany both are very nice

Went for a job interview and in the middle of the interview she just left to interview someone else and left me waiting for 20 minutes and so I left. If you want someone to take you seriously I would not recommend working for them let alone waste your time on an interview

Just like other temp services lie to ya or a car salesman that lies to ya just so yu buy the car. They lie to ya just so you take the job. Crooked place like the others

Hired someone before they even scheduled my interview then told me I could go work in a factory. Tried that for one day before my chronic pain issue flared up for the worst time in my life. Almost passed out from the pain. Was also told I'd be getting $17/hr to find out it's $14/hr from the factory managers. Sometimes not right here. Rule number one: don't mess with my pay rate!

I was employed once by them at contour glass and was working a second job and a part of the staff miss Tara worked with me and she literally helped me get another position even though I left my position at contour (with a 2 week notice). Tara didn't even hesitate when I called her almost 7 months later and asked if she could place me again I wish I could give the staff 10 stars!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I wish I could give it zero stars. I went to work for this company and was laid off within one month of being sent to a job. I was called in and told that they had a new Quality Control position for me and to come in to get it all set up. When I get there, I'm told that the position is already taken by six others and I would be a "back-up" in case any of the other workers didn't show. Absolutely no concern that I had turned down other offers to accept this one. I guarantee that I have more quality control experience than any of the six they said they put in the position, as I have years and years of quality control experience and even certification through Florida A&M University for Quality Control. This place is a joke and I would not recommend it to anyone. All of the other workers I have seen there so far are either pill addicts that only want to talk about drugs or people with absolutely no work ethic. I don't even drink alcohol, and my work ethic is great. There is no rhyme or reason to their choices. Very unprofessional and totally inconsiderate of how they do the workers there. I definitely do not recommend them.
