Nothing but positive experiences with the amazing and talented, Chantel! We met Chantel over a year ago in preparation for our wedding. From the jump, she was bright and enthusiastic about bringing our visions to life. I originally didn’t have an exact image in mind, however Chantel helped craft ideas of how to truly make our day special. She helped with every detail from contacting florist, negotiating contracts, finding luxury furniture, meeting an officiant, hiring water coloring artists and designing all of our signage… she has contacts to the best of the best vendors! She was also so gentle and kind, at times I would feel stress from my everyday life and she would allow me to vent to her to feel better! I would 1000% choose Elite Event Planning to plan any future weddings!

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner than Chantel! From the moment we started planning our wedding two years ago, she became like family to us. My husband and I are from out of town, so we really relied on her to find us vendors that fit our budget, and she delivered beyond our expectations. She not only helped us find the perfect vendors but also took on the roles of both the day-of coordinator and the florist, making everything seamless.

On our wedding day, her and her team’s attention to detail was incredible. If anything went wrong, I had no idea, because she was on top of everything. I’ve been searching for enough words to describe how incredible Chantel is with Elite Event Planning! I hired her for day of coordination and from the moment we hired her she was always on the ball, very thorough, calm, and is truly an expert in the industry!! I’m detail-oriented, anxious, and type-a and she handled my (many) questions with grace and was always so quick to respond with great organization and communication skills! She fit our many unique wishes for our reception into the smoothest timeline and when we had to make changes close to the wedding she was so calm and made the changes and communicated it to our vendors with ease! She handled all vendor and delivery communications (on top of everything else) so I could truly focus on being a bride for the day. She made me feel like a bride and managed our wedding head on to make it go so well! She even grabbed my phone and took incredible clips for my wedding tiktok! She is the absolute master of her craft and took on every role she needed to give us the perfect day. Our day went by so smooth, we had the most amazing time and Chantel is one of the biggest reasons for making our dream wedding a reality! Chantel and her team are amazing!! She made the day seamless and even more amazing and we know we wouldnt have had such an amazing wedding without her! If you arent sure about a wedding planner say YES to elite event planning, not only is everyone amazing at their jobs they are also sooo much fun!!! At the wedding we all fam!!
