Priscilla helped me gain access to local vendors to arrange what was needed for our wedding while also helping me ensure all the bases were covered. Hiring a day of coordinator was the best choice for our wedding. Even though we only had 14 guests, and hosted the wedding in a private residence, it took lots of coordinating; from parking, cateter, family, guests, music, table setup, etc. Priscilla did it all and more, she made our wedding ruin smoothly. Priscilla was able to switch our ceremony from inside to outside once the sun came out, moving patio furniture and the grill. The wedding would have not been as great without her. Highly recommend Priscilla for any size wedding.

Priscilla is incredible! She was our day of coordinator for our out-of-state wedding; overseeing the set up and tear down of everything from the place setting design, (one of the things I completely forgot to think about), to the finishing touches of the ceremony site decor, and the two separate outdoor areas for the pre-dinner cocktail hour location and the after-dinner evening lounging location. She facilitated the arrival and gathering of our guests to our guest list on down to our ceremony site where violinists awaited and then back to the receiving line at the cocktail site. Matter-of-fact, lol, she even got the violinists and our officiant set-up as I know my husband, myself, and our family were too busy getting ready! She has been in the wedding and service industry for many years and her expertise is flawless. I was definitely an ambitious bride when creating the list of items that needed to get accomplished for same day set-up and tear down of my vision. Having Priscilla there to tie up the loose ends, (that will inevitably occur on such a momentous occasion), and execute on my many months of planning was truely invaluable. I don’t know ANY bride who regrets commissioning a day of planner. It goes by way too fast and you want to be present to soak up every last bit! Priscilla was amazing. She kept my crazy crew of a party on schedule. She also made my decorations/centerpieces even better than I thought! I couldn't have gone through the day without her! She's very direct and that's just want you need in a day of coordinator! I can't thank her enough for everything she did!
