The support department gives zero help when your email is inactive. Even if you have all the games, codes, and physical discs, you still need an EA account. But what’s the point if your original account doesn’t work? No one will help you. You’re on your own — I do not recommend it.

5 stars for EA for their exaggregated effort on chat policing and enforcement of flowery language on 16+ rated shooters / war games by banning players. Some "friendly" exchange between you and your mate on shooter game...BANNED! Thx EA for adding this experience to your products, teaching me how it feels when someone observes my communication, threatening consequences on what I write, and imposing sanctions based some abitrary interpretation on what I have written. I am looking forward to EAs future achievments going down that road. I suggest an AI-based VOIP-control would be great idea to enrich us all with your next-gen-positive-play-charter-experience. I can t wait for your next product to release, hoping being allowed to to use it at least for some time until your well-managed behaviour policies kick in. Thx so much!

I have been using EA and EA Sports for video games like a decade from now and there was a old account I tried to recover. But due to rigid and systems that aren't able to change email address or simply delete a account. They made me answer questions that are very personal and sensitive. Then they think I am not the original owner of the account. I am aware of following the policy and understand it. But to a point, where if they know there's no solution to getting old accounts back due to outdated recovery questions, old policies over decades ago that changed suddenly and simply change or delete the locked account. They made it too complicated! And i would suggest a update where they can simply delete accounts inactive for like 5+ years as it will cause less worry and stress. If this keeps up, I will no longer be happy with their services or buy games from EA itself.

FC 25 makes me feel so depressed when playing. I despise other people and wish bad things on them over a video game. That's how bad it's gotten. I don't deserve this, and neither do other people. This game makes people work against each other. The worst company to ever create a game, and they are very proud of that—despicable behavior from EA.

Lame Game Production Company. Won't survive for long because of the level of absolute Garbage products they release. Good luck answering your stakeholders to why your stocks are going down. Well guess what? Whoever invests into this fraudulent company will face nothing but loss
