Do Not Use this Travel Agency. Horrible service by Martha. She lies and doesn't get back to you in a timely manner. I wish I would of seen the yelp reviews before I trusted her with my precious time and travel plans. On Friday, June 1 went to go see Martha and I let her know I had not flown in 0ver 20 years and needed to make myself get on a airplane to get past my fear of flying it was doing to be a trip for me and my daughter to Vegas. I spent an hour with her looking for my options for flying to get on a big airplane, I return Sat, June 2 and she gave me printed sheet showing all my flight arrangements and she stamp it and it looked official. I gave her my credit card number and she said she run it after the weekend. She wrote down my credit card number on a piece of paper and she would work on the hotel arrangements. My flight was for June 21 leave at 10:30 pm and return June 24 7:30 Pm cost 506.00 for two people to Vegas leaving SF airport. A week past and I had not heard back from Martha regarding my hotel and I noticed my flight had not cleared my account. I called Martha and she said not to worry that everything in her system and the airlines know she has it saved for me, I asked about my hotel and she said she was working on it. I went to go see her again the following week on a June 8 and she had not done anything about the hotel and she said she work on it. I was to return on June 9th with my husband to talk about another vacation trip for my husband but I called her to let her know my husband couldn't make it as he was sick and she said oh that she wasn't going into the office. I'm wondering when she was going to tell me? Long story short. By the third week in June 9 she calls me that she has my hotel arrangements, I said great and I again said the flight hasn't been charged and she said no that they store my card until they are ready to use it. I said in that case let me have you use my other credit card and she said no worries and I let her know I see her that week to pay and she never stated any concerns with timing etc. I went by June 15 travel agency closed. I left message no return calls, I went by June sat 16 travel agency closed. Tuesday, June 19, I called United to see about my flight since I was leaving in a few days.

De lo peor es esta agencia de viajes pague mis voletos de ida y regreso desde 6 meses antes de mi viaje y una tal Martha se robo el dinero solo Pago Los voletos de ida y cuando se llego la fecha de regreso mis voletos no avian sido pagados pero la tal Martha llamo diciendo que se avia cancelado el vuelo por el mal tiempo no recomiendo a nadie esta agencia de viajes Es de lo peor 😝👎🏽
