Eileen was very informative when we planned our trip to Italy. The hotels were very nice, usually short walks to the sites we wanted to see. She secured our ground travel with courteous drivers and scheduled train tickets. It took a lot of stress out of vacation planning. It was a pleasure working with her.

You learn the true measure of a travel resource/partner
when issues arise. Eileen helped us with a trip to South Africa - including flights and travel insurance. My wife sustained a fractured hip while in country. Navigating the complicated world of insurance claims is difficult. Eileen stepped in and got answers and action. Her ability to work with resources based on years of relationships with the insurance company were invaluable. Despite being a well seasoned business traveler, her liaison talents were welcomed and valued. I can't recommend her any higher.
