RUINED A SPECIAL DAY on Father's Day
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE EVER! PISS- POOR MANAGEMENT, I placed my order on Tues., June 11 & when I called on Father's Day to confirm delivery, I was obviously lied to just get me off the phone. The store closed at 4pm Sunday, and my dad received some CRAP left at the front door 5 hrs later (see attached) once I left a request for a full refund. My dad DID NOT receive what I ordered - 4 days prior to Father's Day, to ensure he would receive this special gift....That was not the case. Please SHUT THIS BRANCH DOWN, you are doing a disservice to the Edible Arrangements brand and providing HORRIBLE experience.

Terrible experience! Store never answered any of my calls. Called call center and it somehow transferred me to the store. Lady stated she couldn't see my order and I would have to call corporate. Finally reached someone in customer service after 2 days of not receiving any information on why my order was never delivered. Rep was super informative and helpful. Stated the store cancelled my order. Customer service rep said she should have been able to see this on the store side since they cancelled it.
Customer service called the store with me to make sure my order was placed but she could not get a hold of them after 3 attempts.
She recommended I place it once again online since I need something delivered same day. Placed the order. will see if it gets delivered. Save yourself some time.

I sent an arrangement to my sister and BIL (out of town) and Amanda went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered. She called the number I gave (my sister's who was out of town) and my number several times to make sure it was received. Since my BIL is partially disabled, he had ignored the ringing doorbell.

I would absolutely recommend. I called last minute for one dozen multi dipped strawberries 30mins before closing. I lived 30 minutes away and Veronica still took my order. Traffic just so happened to be backed up and I arrived 15 mins past closing. She was still there patiently waiting for me. I really appreciate that because I needed those strawberries for the next day, it was extremely important. She is a beautiful person and I would order from that location again solely because of her. My arrangements were beautifully packaged and she even added a pretty balloon. Thanks again Veronica.

Sweet staff! Today is my birthday and the associate was super helpful and kind. Will DEF be back to place an order for my daughter’s July birthday. Thank you for showing customer service still exists in today’s society. ?

? I went to the website, placed my order & picked it up at the store. It was super simple & easy. I would definitely use them again.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! worst experience ever! Laura does not know how to manage/deal with customers to say the least. Order was NEVER delivered, had to come pick it up myself. Waited well over 30 minutes in the store for an order that was placed days prior.. Got my order, not only did it look like this but it was missing stuff! The part of the order I did get wasn’t even complete. This place is a joke!! Oh and apparently they can’t answer the phone because there was several calls that went unanswered throughout the day .. no call back either.

I ordered an arrangement that was supposed to be delivered two weeks from today. It went out today.
When I called I was told “ We were really busy and it just got lumped into today’s”.
They offered to remake the arrangement and set an again on the 27th, but I don’t even begin to understand what the point of that would be.
Now that I’ve had a chance to actually look at the other Google reviews, I probably would’ve picked a different location.
