9/10 Everything was good and then the generator or plug came loose that I rented from them but we had a house with power so the party continued. The water slide was fast and fun and easy to put together yourself. Would recommend and worth the money!!

Booked a mechanical bull for a sorority event. Delivery & pick-up was super quick. One employee (very patiently) coached me through troubleshooting a technical difficulty over the weekend & everything was pretty straightforward in terms of operating the bull. Also very quick to reply when we had any sort of question. 10/10, would rent from again

Edgeway Events on Chattanooga was great to work with! Quickly responded to any questions I had in the booking process. My dad actually went and picked up the water slide inflatable for a weekend rental, and the employee who helped him was outstanding and very nice.

Excellent customer service!!! Any questions we had were quickly answered. Claire was so helpful and kind! I would definitely recommend using them for any of their slides! Delivery amd set ip were very efficient!

This was our first experience with Edgeway Events and I just have to say "Wow"! We had a bit of a communication issue at first due to a technical issue with email but as soon as the owner was made aware of the issue he jumped right in and quickly answered every question and resolved every issue! Our experience with Edgeway was amazing! They will work with you to find what you need and their personal service was amazing! Highly recommend!!

We rented an inflatable for a church event. We had them deliver, set up, and take down. It was perfect. Clean and well maintained. Working with the company was a delight, they were super helpful and always courteous. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
