I can say many great things about this facility starting with their staff. I work closely with the staff of East village place from administrator to CNA’s and I have noticed the excellent care they give to the residents and family members. They are passionate, nurturing, as well as kind. All staff go out of their way to provide a warm welcoming and their hospitality and care is above and beyond! There are truly so many great things to say about this facility!

The staff are very attentive to their residents and make sure they are receiving the care that they need. Great communication by nursing and collaborative care for their residents makes this facility a great place to live and work!

My Mother in law and brother in law are both residents of East Village Place. We couldn’t be happier with the facility and the staff. Once you become part of the East Village Community you truly are considered family. We were very nervous putting them into a memory care facility but the staff was so kind, caring and warm it put our minds at ease that we were doing the right thing for them. They have both been there for more than a year and are thriving. My mother in law has friends and loves to attend all the activities they provide. I had the opportunity to intern at East Village Place during the summer, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience. As a student intern, I assisted with activities and supported the nurses, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and dedication everyone here demonstrates.

The activities department was particularly outstanding—they go all out when planning events, ensuring that residents have a wonderful time. The nurses were also amazing, showing real compassion and attentiveness to each patient. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly welcoming and supportive.

Overall, I loved my time here and would highly recommend East Village Place to anyone looking for a caring and vibrant community.

My wife makes a great meatloaf, but I have to say, Stephen at East Village makes a great one also, very flavorful! He also makes terrific mac and cheese! We always enjoy the meals here.

Very pleased with the care the entire team at East Village place. Positive experience from hands on support for my Mom to creating positive experiences like a holiday sing along event for the entire place including family. And good communication to adjust and tailor support whenever needed. It is a place that cares.
