Good motel for the price.
Price: we paid $75 a night plus tax for a 4 night stay while visiting family nearby.
Decor: Nicely decorated with an antique rustic vibe. Authentic antiques.
Furniture: Furnishing were good, older styles and eclectic but functional. Comfortable mattresses but underneath the mattress was thick plastic and the floors and bed skirts could have been cleaned better.
Owner was a nice older gentleman- we were provided clean fresh towels daily and the room was freshened up daily, waste cans emptied, etc.

Small roadside motel. Clean rooms, very pleasant staff. The staff has taken the time to decorate each of the rooms with a theme. My wife thought they were "very cute". There is a Mexican restaurant that shares the parking lot which is convenient. If you stay here take the time to go for a walk up to the golf course and back. I would stay here again.

very pleasant experience at this traditional Motel. had the older room that hadn't been remodeled yet. was just fine for us during a 4-day stay. daily bed making and vacuuming was much appreciated and unexpected.

the owner is a very cool gentleman that is down to earth. the bar patio area at the end of the motel is a fantastic setup. it has a dual charcoal and propane grill.. a bar to eat or drink at and a lounge area.

went for the Mid-America truck show in Louisville. would definitely recommend this place. very reasonable prices.

also I can vouch for the Mexican place very friendly service they are attentive and serve fantastic food.

definitely exceeded my expectations all around see you in 2019 I hope!

the pictures were taken right after a windy snowstorm so some of the rug area by the patio was blown up.

Let's just say this place is super comfy and chill the owner Dave is the best and he accommodates to help he has become a friend for life. He design all the rooms him self they are beautiful and clean definitely a chill place to stay.

Visited Taylorsville Ky for Grandsons graduation and stayed at Eagle's Motel. Had recently been remodeled very nicely. Very clean rooms and each room had a different thyme. The owner was a very pleasant gentleman. This is where I will stay next time I visit Taylorsville. Thank you Dave for a pleasant stay.

This place is really cool! Rustic feel with just the right amount of modern upgrades to be fun and comfortable. Beds are comfy, good location close to Taylorsville Lake WMA, owner is nice and his pup Lucy is very welcoming! Will definitely stay here again!

Looks like a cheap little motel, but the rooms are nice and CLEAN! So glad we stumbled on this place! I would definitely stay here again. And there's a great little breakfast spot called Lynda's near by. Gotta check them out too!
