I just want to warn everybody not to bring your vehicle to E&J Auto in Shawnee. We’ve brought our vehicles to them for years and I don’t know if they changed owners but they are trash. We’ve brought our car in 3 times for the same problem. The air conditioner will blow cold air from the drivers side but the passenger side and the back blows out hot. We took it to O’Reilly’s first and they put it on the tester and it said it was over full on freon. The first time we took it to E&J they said it had no freon and they put some in and charged us close to $500. Then we go to pick it up and there’s damage to my back bumper. I immediately showed them and in no way blamed it on them. I just said maybe a customer backed into it or something. They swore that it didn’t happen down there but I had just cleaned my car by hand before I took it down there and it wasn’t like this. And it’s not a scratch that can be buffed out, the paint is gone it’s deep. Then they lied to me and said they didn’t have security cameras that worked but when you go into the office you can clearly see on their monitor their security cameras do work. Had my vehicle a week and it’s doing the same thing. So we bring it back to them and they say there’s a valve that’s leaking so they put in more freon and charged me about $200. First off they should have checked it for leaks the first time it was there. Then a week later it does it again so we take it back because at this point they should honor their work but they didn’t. So the only reason I took it back the 3rd time is because they should honor their work. But no we get it and they want to charge us another $75. At this point I threw a fit and said no I wasn’t paying them anymore on the same problem that should have been fixed the first time or even the second time. They should have honored their work. We told them I guess they’re willing to lose a customer and they waived the last $75. And on top of all this we’ve asked them everytime to please call us and let us know what the problem is and what it’s going to cost and not one time did they do that. The third time we told them multiple times to let us know because if they were going to charge us then we we are going to take it somewhere else that would actually fix the problem. But nope they didn’t call us until it was fixed. And they won’t give you your keys until you pay so I didn’t want them to keep my car. So guess what a week after getting it back it’s doing the exact same problem that it was doing the first time. So my husband called and told the owner who doesn’t seem to give a damn. She said she would talk to her mechanic and call us back and she didn’t so my husband tried to call again and now they are blocking our calls. I’ll never bring a vehicle to these people again. They don’t fix the problem, they don’t warranty the work and your vehicle will get damaged on their property and they won’t do anything about it. We are honest people and financially strapped but we need a vehicle that’s going to work properly. I have a lot of medical issues and I can’t handle the heat. I don’t like having to post negative things about people but now I’m just done with these people. I just want to save people from having the same problems I did. Don’t trust them!

perience at E&J's. They found something that comes of have been dangerous if not taken care of. It came with an $845 bill and since I'm laid off they were extremely helpful letting me make three payments to take care of it. Their work was excellent and I'll continue to always go to them. Didn’t change what he said he would. Charged for parts he didn’t replace and We provided. outrageous prices. Be careful and do your homework. After we paid what we did, the car was jerking around and had my kid changed the things that he said he changed.
