Individual driving this bus Oct 15, 2023, at 5:27, speeding in Disney property, was close to cause an accident to my car and my family when he changed of lane without previous advice and directional lights.

I chaperoned a field trip and we needed 3 busses. One of the busses had many junior roaches in full display across multiple rows on both sides of the aisle. We quickly got off. We insisted for another bus, and our trip was delayed about 45-60 minutes. Enroute one of the other busses broke down, further delaying that group nearly another hour for our field trip. Unfortunately, during the return ride, more roaches were seen. All the roaches we saw were alive, not dead. They need to do better cleaning and pest prevention/treatment/ eradication. I would not be able to recommend this company based on lack of cleanliness.

THIS GUY WAS SO rude. Yelling he doesn’t work for Disney so he doesn’t need to be nice. He was yelling at an older gentlemen who just seemed to be a little flustered about reservation times. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Called to make a complaint and got the run around to even make the complaint. Worst service ever.

Very disappointed with the experience, at least initially. Unlike some instances reviewed on here, our buses were clean and on time for the start of the event. However, the air conditioning did not work and there seemed to be a mechanical problem which went unresolved. As a result, the ride was very uncomfortable for the start of the charter, which is unacceptable in central Florida heat. The driver tried to contact the management team for a resolution, which didn't seem to go anywhere, but thankfully after our first stop we had a clean and functional replacement with ice-cold air conditioning...but I was concerned about the duct tape surrounding one of the exterior windows. There is definitely room for improvement but I was grateful for the company at least getting us a cool interior. I just wish it had been the bus we had from the start.

Driver forgot to close the luggage door on the shuttle between terminal c and terminal b at orlando international Airport and my bag flew out along with my daughter's car seat. I was in town for a wedding and had to replace everything because it was not turned in or found. Company told me they have no insurance policy for lost luggage, and they'll try to work something out, but has yet to contact me for a resolution. I wouldn't recommend them based on their unprofessionalism and lack of desire to prioritize a situation such as this. I'm contacting the airport to see if they can help resolve the issue since the employ this company. Again wouldn't recommend.

We had the best driver, I recommend her to anyone , she went beyond everyone's expectations. We have been with Manuela so many times and its always pleasant. Her driving is outstanding that I can't believe the tight spots she gets us out of. Hope to see you again on another senior adventure trip

This company was chosen to provide transportation on 2 busses for our school function which spanned 3 nights/ 4 days. The driver on my bus, Carlos, was very professional and safe. I left some important paperwork in the overhead storage and was panicked. Called the company and the lady on the phone was very helpful and located the bus and thankfully it was still in the area. Carlos located and returned my items. They did not make me feel like it was an inconvenience. Great service!
