Just back from another cozy and comfortable stay at Dyer's Beach House. We were early for the season and Liz was gracious to open for us a few days before officially opening. We were upstairs in Rm.4 again. Have stayed probably 10 times at least and find this place to be the gem of P'Town. Solid views, great locale on Commercial St. and great management. We'll never stay anywhere else!

We rented the 3 bedroom apartment for my daughters wedding at race point. From the moment we started communication with liz until we left she was wonderful. The apartment is huge, spotless and has everything you could need. The views of the deck are fabulous as well as the views from the large living room. I had a brunch the next day after the wedding and Liz let us use the gorgeous patio. She helped us set up and take down. The location is on commercial street but faces the water so you don't have a lot of noise but can walk to everything. I can't say enough about this place. We will be going back!

This is a great location, right on Commercial Street near all the restaurants and shops. It's close enough to walk to everything but is quiet. The deck is fabulous! We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck enjoying the view. The room was fine, equipped with a coffee maker and small refrigerator. This is the ideal location in Provincetown, I highly recommend it.

We have been coming here for several years --- and this year were joined by our adult daughter. The room we had reserved had to be changed (life happens) and we were very pleased with the revised accommodations. A little different view of the ocean from the top floor versus the first floor --- but both are great! Our daughter was very impressed with being right on the right, the great views and the location (right on Commercial St) but being very quiet. Definitely a keeper!

I visited Provincetown for the weekend with 3 friends and we stayed here. Our rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were like heaven. The views were amazing and the location (right on Commercial street) was perfect. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. I met one of the owners at check in and she was more than accommodating and gracious. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Beach access steps away, beautiful views, nicely furnished, centrally located, perfect place for a getaway along with the inn keeper who took care off all of our needs, wants, and questions kindly and quickly. In addition, full kitchen, and comfortable and clean space for sleeping and relaxing made our experience just what we were looking for.

If you want to be right on the waterfront, close to the activity of Commercial St but removed from the congestion, this is the place to stay. We LOVED it and will definitely stay here again. Our room was right on the waterfront so going to sleep was heavenly. The whole property is beautifully taken care of. Liz is an exceptional owner/manager.

Down a narrow driveway, off the main drag - Commercial Street - this lodging is both close enough to walk to everything as well as quiet and peaceful. Thanks, Liz for being so responsive to our emails and reservation needs. A 5-room inn, we had unit #1 - ground floor easternmost, and it was lovely. Outstanding rear deck right on the water. The unit was impeccably clean, updated, and fully met our needs. We will return to this heavenly spot.
