Nice little area to camp. Big trees for our hammock. Tried fishing only caught those little crabs. Nice location and the water is nice just to be by. If you're sensitive about politics or racism maybe not for you. Guy was referring to all people down river that litter as 'Mexicans' He also brought out a live grenade. And made some remarks that would have most people upset. This was back in June 2020. Friend was there recently and loved it.

We stayed at Durrwood creek with our two boys during spring break and had a very enjoyable time. David and Eddie are the best hosts possible. The site is a nine acre spread with a varied landscape with its own waterfall. The hosts are great hobbyists with a variety of their handmade gizmos on site. We would definitely visit again for a longer stay to explore the place. Great breakfast!!

My father, son, son's best friend, and myself stayed at Durrwood during our West Coast National Park tour. Eddie and Dave are top notch! My father and I enjoyed the down to earth conversations and the boys loved the game room. This was a one of a kind experience that you won't find at chain lodges or hotels. I highly recommend staying here and wish we had more time to hang out. Breakfast was amazing and reminded me of my grandma's french toast and bacon. Thanks guys! See you on the next trip!

Calm, relaxing, and wonderful. Sure, you can find nicer (and more expensive) spots in sequoia but this tucked-away little lodge is a great place for those looking to unplug. It's like you're staying with friends and family, just minutes away from prime fishing/rafting. Sheila was an incredible host, providing hearty breakfasts, taking our son on tours of the creek and chicken coop, and tending to our every need. If we ever get the chance, we'll return for another relaxing stay. Amazing!

My husband and I stayed there for one night on May 16, 2019, and loved it! Very clean and Eddie the innkeeper is amazing, as was the breakfast. The only thing is we had to get the WiFi password from our neighbours because we coulsn't find Eddie; it would be great if it was posted somewhere. But we 10000% recommend it.

Ended up landing here late one night driving across Sequoia National Forest. The guys took us in, and cooked us a great breakfast. No Ritz Carlton, but certainly beats sleeping in your car. Beautiful property and really wish we had more time. Would love to spend a couple days chilling out there if in the area again..

Had a GREAT TIME at Durrwood. The place is a rustic ranch type, quite, and full of wild life, loved the Turkey. The staff are great and they are good people. Stayed in the Cottage and with it's Patio and BBQ it was the best. I would recommend Durrwood Creekside Lodge to all!

Quiet and beautiful. Great Hosts! Great outdoor experience for my family. My husband is fishing, my son is naping, my mini poodle is chillin and im relaxing on the swing couch. Great way to spend a 3 day weekend.
