Durgan provided us with travel insurance through TripMate Insurance. We couldn't make the trip, and TripMate won't honor the claim. The reviews of TripMate are the lowest I've ever seen. Poor company. Durgan needs to find a new insurance provider.

Trips are not chaperoned...in Greece 10 people on the trip without a chaperone...it was difficult getting info and knowing what bus to get on...we had no one to direct us! Not having a chaperone is a big disadvantage...and they keep that info on silent when booking the trip!
