I can only speak to the travel agent I have used-Traci Kann. I highly recommend her. She has been easy to work with, very helpful in finding the best cruise that fits our needs, plus she takes into account what works financially. Most important, she is easy to get a hold of and returns messages in a timely manner.

As a former listener to the podcast, I decided to try out Dreams Unlimited Travel. First instance was fine; we ended up cancelling due to the pandemic but the whole refund process was easy. It's true that they ignore your questions via email (especially if you have a list of them). Second time, I used them for a Disneyland trip with no issues. Support is minimal but it's fine if you're knowledgeable already.

Second time I used them was for an Aulani booking. Again, we had minimal support. We were supposed to get the Aulani mugs sent to us before the trip but didn't see anything. Agent said that since it was "my" mistake, they wouldn't send replacements. I asked where I could've updated my address on their site and apparently it's when you fill out the quote form.

I went back to check my dates. The address they sent the mugs to was the OLD address I was living in during my previous Disneyland trip. Why would I input my old address into the form (in 2022) when I've been living at the new address for months (moved out in 2021)? It seems like they didn't update their ancient system, which is evident by the outdated design of their site. This could have been avoided by double checking the address before they shipped out the mugs (didn't see any tracking info either btw). The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. Use this company at your own risk, but most would be better off booking by themselves.

We’ve worked with dreams unlimited for our last 5 Disney cruises and have always been so happy with the service and the help. Kathy Wherling has been our agent and has always been wonderful and helpful. We are booking a Royal Caribbean this summer and have been working with Tracey who has also been amazing! Definitely recommend!!

We’ve worked with Krystin many times! We primarily book with her for Disney World and she always helps us get our favorite dining reservations, as well as spa time. We always end up in great rooms, with no pressure to upgrade our resorts (she has helped us with both deluxe and moderate stays). She helped us navigate COVID when we were at the parks when they were shut down, helped us book a trip and navigate the every changing COVID rules a year later, helped us book a last minute trip when we weren’t happy staying elsewhere in Florida and wanted to go back to Disney for the end of our vacation (she seriously answered our email day of inquiry to get us booked). She booked us a stay at the Grand Californian and helped answer all of our questions for our first Disneyland trip, including snagging us Oogie Boogie Bash tickets and some super challenging dining reservations (blue bayou and chef’s table at Napa Rose which involved her making a call at a crazy hour just to leave a voicemail to get us on a special list). She helped my maid of honor book my bachelorette trip (she couldn’t book our hotel or tickets because we stayed off property and for a short time, but still helped her book our VIP tour). She’s helped us book a rundisney trip so I could run the Dopey challenge, and helped us book a big family trip, including canceling a portion when part of that group could no longer make it. Krystin is truly amazing at her job. If she doesn’t know the answer to your question she will find out. She is SO FAST in her responses and reliable. I wouldn’t book a Disney trip without her. She genuinely cares that you have a wonderful trip and wants to help tailor it to your group (I can seriously speak to this after having planned so many different types of trips with her)! If you’re looking for a Disney TA then she’s the one you want. I can’t wait to book our next trip with Krystin!

Definitely not impressed. If you just want the travel agent for the onboard credit, etc., go for it, but if you have a question or need help, good luck. My agent answered, at first, but literally was passive aggressive with me about it. I told her I was just double checking about something, but she responded that the info was in the website she sent me, but the short answer was yes. Now I can't get into my picture package & I actually need help & she has gone MIA. I will not be using this travel agent again. I normally take care of booking, etc myself. I'd heard that they were supposed to help you with the process, etc., & since this was our first cruise thought it might make it less stressful. Instead it felt like my agent wanted to do the bare minimum & that was it.

Our agent was Allison Raver for our weeklong Disney World trip October 2022. She was awesome and very responsive. Even was able to book a VIP tour about a month before the trip. I had a very positive experience and she provided us with all the information we needed. We are experienced with taking trips to Disneyland and Disney World however working with an agent made it even easier. It was nice to know someone was taking care of our hotel and park tickets for us. Thank you Allison!

I had such high hopes for my trip booked through Dreams Unlimited Travel. I have listened to The Dis Unplugged podcast for over 6 years and they always talked up how they go above and beyond for their clients. My experience was far from that.

Travelling from Australia to Disneyland CA for a once in a lifetime trip I wanted to use a Disney TA (travel agent) for the best experience.
There were specific dates for park and dinning reservations we needed and I communicated all of this from the start over a year before the trip.

Originally it seemed to be going well with my TA Mary, but it didnt last long.
When I asked about questions on the best way to get to our hotel in Anaheim from Hollywood and she told me to google it because she didnt know the area.
She also would ignore certain questions I was asking and I would be chasing up for weeks to get the answer.

She said she wasnt able to help me book the park reservations and that I had to do it myself and also failed to help me with the dining reservations even though I expressed early on how important they were.
I then ended up needing to pay an app to be alerted when reservations opened because they were all booked up and she said she couldnt do anything about it.

I was (apparently wrongly) under the impression having a Disney TA would mean helping me with these bookings especially when I was in a different timezone.
Everything but booking the hotels and the park tickets was left to me and I believe I would have done better booking the hotels on my own.

We also were told the full balance was due a month before the trip which we paid but surprisingly we were charged on checkout of Paradise Pier Hotel.
I was then unable to look back on our booking because everything goes through the client portal and after your trip is no longer available.
I chased up with our new TA and she said they couldnt send me any invoices as the payments were through Disney even though we paid through DUT.

This meant that we had to pay an additional $800AUD that we didnt realise was not apart of the original quote.

This company does the bare minimum but likes people to believe they are a godsend.
I responded to their online questionnaire about my experience and heard nothing.

Don't even bother booking through them. You can do it yourself and probably will get better hotel deals anyway!

I am SOO disappointed! Stacie, my mom’s agent said she would book Ogo’s cantina for us at Disneyland. This was something my entire family was REALLY excited about so I didn’t want to mess it up so I thought it best to let the “expert” take care of it. She misunderstands (still) the booking process. Disney releases signups 60 days in advance in the early morning. She didn’t realize it would be full by 9am and still believes Disney has not released the time slot yet even though I spoke with a cast member who confirmed my suspicions. There is NO cancelation list. We have missed out on the thing we were most excited about. If she would have told me this wasn’t a priority, or she was uncertain I would have gladly booked it myself. This sucks big time and there is nothing anyone can do to fix it. And we asked her to get us reservations for dinner at the Blu Bayou. She said the only time was 2:40pm because she waited to start booking until 9am every other spot was taken. Such a huge disappointment. Never again!
