Family had a medical emergency (baby in NICU) and needed to reschedule. The owner would not reschedule or refund the money already paid. I understand margins are small in small businesses, but this is not the way to gain any repeat business…

Very unprofessional my family member who already paid for the venue had to reschedule a event due to a medical emergency talk to the owner she refused to do refund but agreed to reschedule the date when we go to reschedule the date she says it’s since we didn’t do it earlier she cant do our event so now she has the money and we didn’t get any services done due to a medical emergency we’re she said she would make it right now has blocked my cousin I would highly recommend taking your money else where especially if you want to give your money to someone who has a heart and feels for people in medical situations

Ms. Theresa is so nice and understanding, when I tell you she goes all out of way. To help you and my fiancé 50th Birthday Party was a hit. And now she is doing my wedding this year.
