I planned this trip on a whim, less than two weeks to sailing, and I found Les and Dream Vacations while I was looking online for a comparison price. In one phone call, Les took me through the full process of planning and booking my first cruise. Our trip was THE BEST! Literally what dreams are made of. Initially, I was apprehensive about travelling with kids internationally (age 6+8) but all my questions were answered/worries erased. Great travel agency experience! My family had never been on a cruise before and didn't know what to expect. They not only found us the cruise line that was right for our price range and expectations but also walked us through everything we needed to be SURE for travel...such as all the documentation we needed to be sure to have. They also informed us of the detailed processes on a cruise. Therefore, there were no surprises and the kids knew what to expect! Dream Vacations Trapper, Shane Smartt & Associates, knew all the ins and outs of all the different cruise lines; which made our choice easier. Trapper made my parents' retirement trip so special! He gave us honest, helpful suggestions and was so quick to answer my (many) questions!
