Wow! Brandon and Natalie provided the best podssible service for us. Mind you they're 600 miles from our location. Their response was the quickest and hands down the most professional and knowable. Natalie was amazing! From the first time we called she assisted us patiently through every step. She explained everything thoroughly and gave detailed answers to our many questions as we explored different configurations for our home insurance. She always responded quite promptly to our calls and emails. We felt confident that she could find the right insurance for us. The one issue we had, that does not involve Dove Insurance, was the exterior home inspection. Natalie told us that it would be within 2 months. The home inspector did not even knock on our door. We found him wandering near a window one morning. Uncomfortable.
