Judi, what can we say? Our words are not enough to express our gratitude to you. You are the best person, humble and kind. With a heart full of peace and happiness. Judi transmits that confidence, peace and joy the first moment you meet her. And she makes you feel sure that everything will turn out well and that's how it is, she keeps her word. Our wedding was really perfect thanks to Judi and her team. We miss our talks, our meetings in the cafes or drinks with her. Judi was hired as our wedding coordinator, but through the process she became our best friend. Weddings are stressful in so many ways, but also hopefully because they’re something you only plan once in your life. So in almost every case, you’re starting from scratch. In just such a scenario, everyone needs a Judi and you’ll have the wedding of your dreams!

Judi helped in so many ways, large and small. From recommending vendors to meet our vision, to helping deal with the (thankfully few) crises situations, to the day of, when everything was a breeze and we could just enjoy the time, Judi was with us every step of the way.

Our wedding weekend was perfect and met our hopes and dreams, and I can’t emphasize enough how much Judi being a part of it made it so. EVERYONE needs a Judi in their lives.

As a wedding photographer, I absolutely love every single opportunity I get to work with Dotting the i. In the past year I've worked 3 weddings with Judi, and 2 of them have been/will be featured in well-known, national publications. She is so, so great at what she does and I never have to worry about how the wedding day will go or how the decor will look.

One thing I love about working with Judi and Dotting the i is the personal touch she adds to each wedding through her beautiful calligraphy. Even better, she's an incredible planner—every time I work with Dotting the i, they remind me why I love my job so much. They're *always* on top of everything before and during a wedding day, and Judi and Kyle are so down-to-earth they make a wedding day SO much fun.

Working with Judi has been a dream! I don't think we could have picked a better day of coordinator for our wedding day and we truly believe we made a new friend. She was able to take our simple ideas and turn them into something really special for us. Everything was so thoughtfully put together and whenever we had a question, she was five steps of ahead of us. If not for Judi, we would have been so lost. Our wedding party and families were so impressed with her directions and organization from the rehearsal lunch to the big day. The mother of the bride especially! The MOB said she knew she could actually relax and have fun knowing Judi was there to keep the day running smoothly. She went above and beyond for our guest, even going as far as getting a gluten free cupcake for a guest that had an allergy. We can't thank her enough for everything she did. Don't forget to ask her about her gorgeous calligraphy work for the guest list and welcome signs, you won't regret it!

The second we met Judi, we felt a sense of relief about planning our wedding! We had such little stress, my married friends were in shock. The wedding was everything we had dreamed up. We had a ceremony and reception on a private residence which required many different vendors. Judi’s deep relationships with those vendors made the process seamless. On the day, we were just allowed to be guests at our own wedding and enjoy the experience to the fullest.

Every. Single. Detail. When I tell you that Judi thought of everything, I mean there was not a single thing she hadn't thought of or planned for to make the day go perfectly. She had a plan B, C, D... for all the what ifs and potential weather mishaps, and of course, rain happened. I'm talking sideways rain and hail, and yet the day was still perfect thanks to all the preparation Judi had done. Organization, check. All the day of details and coordination, check.
As for the planning and beautiful details that made the day truly special, this is where Judi shines. She is so talented, has an incredible eye for what looks good, but she also really gets to know you and your partner so the day feels authentic to you. I never once felt like a burden even when I would dump all of my "creative" new ideas on her, she would listen and offer much better suggestions that helped us stay within our budget. Our wedding day was more beautiful than any of our pinterest boards because of all the details that brought the whole thing together, and all of that was Judi and her team.
Vision, check. Creativity, check. Bringing it all together, check!
I honestly cannot recommend Dotting the I enough! This will be the best money you spend for your wedding. You can just enjoy your day without having to worry about anything, because Judi has already taken care of it!

From the moment we started planning, she was right by our side, expertly guiding us through every detail and offering support in ways we never even realized we needed. She was always one step ahead, managing all the logistics and coordinating flawlessly with every vendor involved to ensure our big day went off without a hitch. On our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a single thing—Judi and her incredible team took care of every detail with such grace and enthusiasm. If they were ever stressed, we would have never known!

We hired Judi as our wedding planner to help guide us in the wedding planning process and I could not have dreamt of a better right hand man. She was so great to work with- so knowledgeable, experienced, kind, trustworthy and (hilarious!) and kept us on track for what we needed to accomplish and by when. She had amazing ideas, recommendations for vendors, and suggestions that made our wedding so special, (that we would never have thought of!) She was always willing to talk with us through ideas we had, and gave suggestions about how we could make them work. She answered all of my panicked/ stressed emails and texts, and was happy to meet with us for a beer to make sure we were on track with everything. Judi wants to get to know her couples and will take the time to form those relationships with you! Judi has such a calming presence and has this way of reassuring you that everything will be just fine. For the rehearsal and wedding day she had this impressive way of being assertive, yet set a lighthearted tone for the day with her hilarious sense of humor that was the perfect combination. From start to finish Judi was supportive, so helpful, and such a joy to work with. My husband and I are so relieved to be done with planning a wedding, but are also so sad we won’t get to see Judi on the reg anymore. Judi is just the best and you need to hire her asap !!

Oh and also Judi is amazing with calligraphy and offered to write the title portion for our seating chart- it turned out stunning!!
