Everyone I’ve talked to so far from Done Right has been friendly and easy to talk to. The crew (Jake & Jake ?) showed up on time to do a sweep & inspection.
They were both friendly, knowledgable, and were great communicators.
They found a squirrel nest with a baby and mom and showed lots of care to save both and prevent future visitors.
I feel confident about having them come back to install the liner I already knew I needed.
And! They offered a handmade soap as a parting gift - nothing beats a little extra kindness!

Every member of their team is awesome from friendly communication and scheduling to expert cleaning, repair or troubleshooting issues with appliances.

Just had a chimney inspection and cleaning this morning. Jake and Jake were super nice guys, seemed to enjoy working together, were knowledgeable & thorough. They explained what they saw and will be sending a detailed report by email. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Done Right Chimney to anyone in need of chimney services. The service was excellent. The technicians cleaned the chimney and explained the set up of our fireplace. They inspected an area we were concerned about. Our home was spotless when they left. Very polite and pleasant men.

The gentlemen showed up on time, set up cloth tarps and set to work. We have a tricky bend in our liner but the guys did an exceptional job. They were professional in every aspect. Cleaned up after themselves really well.
