Diana was recommended by a friend who had previously worked with her. Since my daughter lives all the way across the country, but the wedding was going to be at Sunken Gardens, I knew we’d have trouble coordinating everything. We hired her for the “month/day of” planning. But she went well beyond this.
We picked the date and venue over a year in advance, but the time really goes quickly. Diana was there to help with everything. As mother of the bride, I was getting stressed as we approached the two month mark, but then everything fell into place. The week before the wedding, I realized I had absolutely no worries about the wedding.
Diana has a very calm demeanor. At the rehearsal, the bridesmaids and groomsmen were loud and having fun, and she went along with it all and was able to get them rehearsed. At the event itself-she was all over the place, working hard with the DJ, caterers, photographer, and the coordinator from Sunken Gardens.
I don’t think I would have survived the experience without Diana. If you have any doubts about hiring a planner-don’t hesitate. It’s well worth the money-and Diana is the best.

We cannot express enough how incredible Diana was throughout our entire wedding planning process! From day one, she was professional and organized. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Diana made the experience enjoyable, seamless, and completely stress-free.

Her attention to detail was impeccable (especially when my bustle broke over and over again) she was constantly there trying to help me and figure out the best solution so my dress would not be a problem all night. On the wedding day, she orchestrated every aspect flawlessly, allowing us to relax and be fully present with our guests.

This review is LONG overdue. We had the absolute best experience with Diana and her team. We had some big dreams for our wedding and she took every idea, crazy thought, and dream and made them a reality. We got married in Madeira Beach, but were living in Maryland. She made every step of the planning process easy and painless for us. Her communication and organization was incredible and her connections to the vendors in the industry helped us fill a major void due to a last-minute cancellation. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything went off without a hitch and looked STUNNING. She is absolutely without a doubt the best wedding planner out there. From the first phone call, to the day of the surprise 50th Birthday party Diana was the most amazing person to work with!
