Stopped by to ask some questions about the regulators and computers I was looking at online. As soon as I walked in James was ready to help me and I was super impressed with his knowledge. He walked me through the pros and cons of all the regulators I was interested in and was super patient with the 5000 questions I asked. Even though I only planned on "looking" James made me feel confident so I wound up buying Atomic T3 regulator, Z2 octo, Shearwater Tern TX computer with transmitter, and a new mask. I got a seriously amazing price on all this stuff compared to full retail. I am SO happy I found this place, even though its a bit out of the way I will definitely make the drive when the customer service is this good. Planning to do my dry suit training here and probably buy a dry suit this spring. THANK YOU DRIS!

Great help from these guys. I had a custom request/ order for drysuit accessory pockets. Chris did one better and figured out what would work on my drysuit that they actually had in stock. That saved me money and time.

Chris was great, he walked me through a bunch of options based upon what I wanted and patiently explained pros/cons. I bought a Dive Rite Hydro Lite BCD, a 100 CF Steel HP tank, an Aqualung Legend Elite regulator and a Peregrine TX computer with Swift air integration. I just returned from 6 dives in Bonaire with my new gear and I couldn't be happier--everything worked together flawlessly! Chris and the crew at Dive Right In Scuba are excellent and I couldn't come up with a question they couldn't answer for me. Very pleased and I highly recommend this outfit!

Just spoke with Chris over the phone about ordering a pair of the NRS Workboots but was unsure on the overall fit and if they were true to size. Not only did he grab a pair and try them on but he went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. Highly recommend him!

Purchased a used drysuit through their online store, amazing deal on an amazing suit. Unfortunately it had a cpl SMALL leaks that I had noticed. I contacted the company and they had me send the suit back, they paid for the shipping and had the suit tested the suit twice and emailed me the results the day after it was delivered! They repairs the suit and tested and am shipping it back now. All for free, no hassle. Absolutely impressed by the service standards they hold. Definitely going to continue shopping from dive right in!!!

Was shopping for a Drysuit and was familiar with this company due to seeing them pop up in search engines and they come recommended due to their Drysuit warranty. Luckily enough, they have a store nearby where my parents live so I was able to go in person when visiting.

Absolutely stellar customer service. On my first visit, Bill talked and showed me various Drysuit, even let me talk to the techs in back to get more info on various brands and types. He took all the measurements and sent them off to the factory, keeping me informed via email throughout the process. On my latest visit to Chicago, I visited again to get the remaining equipment I needed and Bill spent hours with me trying different fits and brands to ensure I was comfortable.

Never at any time did he or any other the staff at DRIS try and push me to one brand. They shared their honest opinions and experiences to help me make an informed decision.

Their online service is just as good, my only gripe is their online inventory isn't 100% accurate, as I have received emails from them saying an item was not in stock but on order. While a bit disappointing, I greatly appreciate the communication upfront and the willingness to work with the customer.

Something to note, they have two locations and I was told they stock slightly different things. Just ask the staff, they are all super helpful and knowledgeable.

I had never ordered from DRIS before, but they had some regulators I was after in-stock and I figured I would give them a shot. Placed my order after-hours. Almost immediately after opening the following morning I got an email from Kim letting me know that there had been a mistake and the regs were *not* actually in-stock but that they were already on order and would arrive at DRIS in about 5 day. She wanted to make sure that the delay would be OK and that I didn't have any pressing time concerns with the order. I didn't, in this case, but if I *had* been trying to get something last minute or on short notice, Kim would have absolutely saved my skin by reaching out! This just isn't the kind of thing I expect from a modern retailer. I was pleasantly surprised, genuinely impressed, and truly grateful. This will definitely not be my last order!
