Natalie helped us plan our small, family oriented wedding DURING the COVID-19 pandemic and went above and beyond our expectations. This was my first time using an event planner and Natalie was amazing. As a wedding photographer, my entire focus and job is to watch people and how they interact...Ive first hand seen at multiple weddings how hard Natalie works, attention to detail, sense of urgency when needed, and she checks in with you throughout the day is greeeeeatly appreciated! Also, (huge) she is genuinely happy and smiling the whole day representing one of only a few planners/coordinators in Northeast Florida that are genuine enjoy what they do and it show!

I hired Details Event Design to help plan my wife's 40th birthday party, and she and I both were very pleased with the outcome. The owner, Natalie was extremely knowledgeable about local caterers and entertainment. The decor was great, and I even stayed under the budget I gave her. 5 stars!
