Needed to secure event rentals for a last-minute event, and Juanita and her staff really nailed it with the on-time delivery! They were very professional and a pleasure to work with; literally went above and beyond in delivering and setting up our event rentals for us; 8ft tables, chivari chairs, and clean pressed linen. I had a terrible experience with this vendor. I booked a chair for my baby shower, only for her to sell it to someone else after I had already reserved it. This caused unnecessary stress that I didn’t need. When I asked to return the rest of the items, I was told no. I felt forced to use her service despite her unprofessionalism and poor communication. Thankfully, I was able to find throne chairs elsewhere, but the hassle and back-and-forth made this entire experience frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I would. Mind you I was pregnant at the time.
