Surrounded by beautifully maintained palm trees and stylish architecture, the atmosphere is both luxurious and relaxing. The plaza features high-end brands like Jimmy Choo and offers plenty of shaded seating areas for shoppers to rest and enjoy the surroundings.

The open layout allows for a pleasant walking experience, and the fountain in the center adds a refreshing touch. It's clean, elegant, and ideal for both shopping and simply soaking up the vibe of a chic, desert-modern lifestyle. Highly recommended for fashion lovers and those who enjoy a bit of luxury!

There are some 160 different clothing-related stores represented here. If you're interested in brands oriented towards younger (Quiksilver, Vans, Billabong, etc.) or higher-end brands (Gucci, Coach, Saks, etc.) then this is a great mall. It's very clean, very modern, but has limited dining options.

I really like the Desert Hills premium outlet. It is friendly. it is ADA accessible, although some of the ramps do seem a little steep, but I’m not an inspector or an engineer. it is very beautiful very well maintained. The bathrooms are very clean. I enjoy the water fountains and escalators that they have as well. The people that work there that maintain it are always friendly and nice and saying hi.

Awesome shopping destination and vibe. Visited during late March. Perfect weather to shop. There are 150+ stores with good discounts. You name a brand and you will find it. Good food options as well.

My wife and I recently took a vacation to Palm Springs. We stayed in a resort in Palm Desert. A friend of my wife suggested that if we want to go shopping, then we should go to the Desert Hills Premium Outlet Mall. The mall didn't open till 10 am, and it was a 40 min drive out on the main highway from where we stayed. We arrived at the mall at about 11:30 am. on a Thursday. It has lots of covered parking so the car isn't sitting in the sun. It wasn't very busy and it's quite spread out. It has all the high-end shops, athletic stores, clothing, and shoes. We didn't walk the whole mall because it has 180 retailers. It's a very nice outlet mall, very clean. We did find good deals at the stores we did go into. It had a small food fair, but there were 3 or 4 food trucks at one of the entrances. All in all, a very nice outlet mall to visit.

It's probably the bigger outlet in this region. Recommended to give at least 5 hours. Great value & many shops give an additional 10% for a military discount. The price at food pavalion is a little expensive, though.

Probably one of the biggest and best shopping outlets we had visited. Every store we got into had specials and we got something. My wife was really impressed with all the stores we found and the prices were exceptional. Absolutely amazing. We’re coming back soon.

Very nice and big outlet with many different brands and a big food court. Definitely recommend it for shopping, saving and having fun.
