My experience was horrible. It’s now after 10p.m. and I am in so much pain. I asked the assistant if I was going to be in pain. She said I would be sore - but, not in pain. I replied I can deal with being sore - but, I don’t want to be in pain when this wakes up. She repeated I would not be in pain - I was told to take Tylenol or Ibuprofen - not good enough. A simple extraction went wrong. The doctor should have known he should refer me to an oral surgeon. It took him more than 15 minutes to remove the tooth - in pieces. Then he went to the other side and did the same thing. Shame on you!!! And why would you pull two teeth on opposite sides of the mouth? Did you not mean for me to eat? After all the pulling to remove the tooth - he should have known he was creating trauma. He told me it was hard to pull the tooth because my bone was so strong and it didn’t want to let go. Really Every time he pulled, I felt it in my head. I pointed to my head and said hurts - nothing changed. Perhaps if he had paid more attention to his patient and less attention to his attendant - he wouldn’t caused me so much unnecessary pain. The visit ended with him referring me to an oral surgeon. It should not have taken him that long and caused me so much pain before he came to that conclusion.

Really good experiences in the past but today was a little different. The Lady at the front desk was a bit rude! I don't know if she was having a bad day but still she should have been more professional. Beside that I don't have any complains about the rest of the staff. Everyone else was very nice and welcoming.

Literally the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The staff is amazing and the dental assistant is literally exquisite at her job. I couldn’t have been more at ease or felt more looked after and not judged. I would recommend Dental World to the entire WORLD!

The dentist and staff were excellent! They got me right in and provided Five-Star service! I highly recommend this place! Super efficient and friendly!
I would like to add: my teeth have not been a priority in the past because the process in its entirety is typically a nightmare; however, they made it so easy, I actually look forward to making this a habit. ♥️

Dr Garcia did a great job in extracting my tooth.
She asked me if I could still feel the pain before she began the procedure. I would like to thank her for making me feel as comfortable as possible during the procedure.

At first I had my reservations about the place! But when the job was finished, I to admit it was better than I had planned it! The dentures fit nicely, it looks natural, and the color shade was super! The Dr. now’s what he is doing! So after all everything fell in place, and we got a professional job done!
