Great campground and an awesome host to match. Dane helped us get setup with a great campsite after we had accidentally picked a not so great spot. The camp ground was quiet and serene with beautiful views of the valley. You felt remote enough to unplug but still had great service and clean bathroom nearby. It was perfect long weekend for us and our dog. Just what the doctor ordered.

Such a great experience with beautiful views. The camp host was so nice, stopped by a few times to make sure we were good 👍, gave us good camping tips. He also helped the people who were camping next to us set up their tent. We got a nice shady spot & really enjoyed our time there. We also made a new friend, this praying mantis hung out with us the whole time. We will definitely be going back next time

I love finding a camping spot last minute and it turns out to be amazing and Dennison Park Campground did not disappoint! Although there are beautiful upper campground spots that Overlook Ojai Valley, I chose, from the choices I had, a spot that looked spacious and offered the most shade. Nestled in the middle of upper and lower campsites, I found it to be a quiet reprieve from our day's activities -- the campfire always the highlight for me. The camp host, Dane, was friendly, helpful, and a joy to chat with. He also gave us some suggestions of other county parks to check out the next time we venture to the Ojia area! We will definitely be back to camp here!

Great spot to camp stayed on site 11 which had a great view, camp host was really helpful and came past a few times to make sure we were ok. Some spots are quite close together but we weren't bothered by anyone else. Portapot was spotlessly clean too. Bring your own wood though as they have none for sale. Tight steep paved road to some of the upper sites, not sure if want to be driving an RV up there!

Went here with my boyfriend and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Beautiful views, close by hikes, spacious camping spots, clean grounds, and stuff to do at the camp. The park host was amazing, goes out of his way to make the visitors feel welcomed and happy. Visit Dennison Park!!

Still a great place to camp even though there’s no showers. Has clean, working bathrooms with lights. I would recommend the campgrounds closer towards the road because those campsites are flat and easier to setup a tent. Campsites further from the road are on a hillside/slope. This campground is the best bang for the $— $35 ($25/night camp fee + $10 online fee) vs $200+ motels. Everything -from the play areas, bathrooms, day use areas to the campsites; literally everything- is well maintained and clean. So yes, it’s obvious if you’re a slob or don’t pick up after yourself. Bonus for having a camp host on site. Really like it here and planning to return soon!

Small campground that has some beautiful scenery. It is close tp Ojai, which is a cool smaller town down in the valley surrounded by green hills and snowy montains. It was a very pleasent and scenic drive once you get off the 5, i recommend the 118. The downside is that it is close to the canyon and you get the stupid people with their loud cars racing through there sometimes. Other than that it was very nice.
