New ownership seems to be working hard to make improvements and were all very friendly and helpful. Definitely could use more washers and dryers, especially with one of each broken. The wifi was great when no one was on it, but as soon as the campground filled up, it slowed to a crawl and wouldn't stay connected. The water wasn't great, made my coffee creamer curdle and was a faint rusty color. There was quite a bit of road noise even in the back of the campground, but unfortunately there isn't much you can do about that. We were planning on staying three days but the smoke from the Riley Fire forced us out early due to both my wife's asthma and having my grandbaby with. We were hoping we could get a partial refund or future credit but were told no exceptions which was disappointing. Bottom line, seems like new management is committed to improving the place.

I made a reservation at this facility. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation. I called on June 28th to cancel and was told my reservation would be canceled and that I would receive the 50% refund per their policy. I waited two weeks to receive the refund with no activity. I called again and was told this time that they had no record of my first phone conversation and that my reservation had not been canceled on June 28th. They also informed me that I would not be receiving the 50% refund since now I was inside the 30-day window to cancel. Very disappointing that this facility does not honor their refund policy. So I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay. Travel plans do happen and this facility could care less!!!

We stayed in one of the motel rooms in this KOA RV park. This was a crapfest. WE had trouble with the outside door not locking. The bathroom door wouldn't close, there was no microwave. The TV didn't work. The weirdest thing was the unused coffee bagettes were removed from their wrappers and placed in a bowl. Then to make this the night to remember, Barney Fife (AKA The Kevin) knocked on our door and rudely made us move our car from where we were told we could park it by the check-in lady.

Great park near Denali and soon to be a part of KOA. Friendly and helpful staffs. Nice facilities but not sure about using tokens for showers. There is some road noise. Some sites are tight and glad the guy helped us find a better spot

The Denali RV Park is the best option for RV travelers in the Healy/Denali National Park area. Proximity to the town of Healy is great, where you have all the amenities including a real grocery and hardware store. The RV park has both rooms/cabins and RV sites of varying sizes. I’ve spent several summers in and around this part of Alaska and this is the best value for either a simple room or an RV hook-up. There’s easy access to the Parks Highway and plenty of room for rented or larger RV’s, too. The owners are generally on-site and really take pride in keeping things in good order, as well as answering all your questions about Denali, tours, entertainment, and more.

We stayed a couple weeks ago. We had made our reservations 7 months ahead of time for a pull through. We arrived we to be checked in by 3 different people all with conflicting information. We had been moved because of a Fanatsy Tour group came in.
We basically were put in front of two motel rooms. Our hookups were in there entrance way.
When I complained about spot, I was told we park bigger rigs there all the time. (We are 40 ft and tow jeep). The poor people in motel had to manuver our sewer pipes etc to get to their door and their view out the window was our MH. We made the best of it how can you not in Denali. We did met new owner and his brother they are incredibly nice and hopefully can bring park up to date.

Stayed at the RV park. Hosts Sharon and husband were great, helpful and very accommodating. Bathrooms and showers were clean, private, free and they had several. Laundry mat was reasonably priced snd kept clean. I would definetly reccomend this park. One suggestion might be a small playground for children

Great RV park located not too far from Denali. Staff was welcoming and helpful. They even escorted us to our RV spot when we first arrived. 🙂
