Fantastic zip line experience! Our driver Melody & our 2 guides Davis & Max were superb-very friendly, funny, knowledgeable & safety conscious. I recommend this company very highly. The suspension bridges were fun but challenging at the end of them-steep climb-especially for a not super fit 70 something. There was also a short but steep trail that Davis had to basically haul me up?. No one made me feel embarrassed at my lack of fitness. Do this-it’s such a blast & gorgeous scenery. I also loved the very bumpy, bouncy jeep ride up to the zip lines.

amazing staff! My guides were Gayle and Sam, and driver was Melody. They were all so friendly and helpful and made the experience even more enjoyable by sharing information on the mountains and surrounding area. 10/10 would definitely do again!

Can't believe this wasn't a part of our original plans! We visited the Denali area during the 2024 wildfire closure of the National Park and we were pretty bummed that we were going to miss out on a day adventuring the tundra and seeing Denali. Thanks to our concierge at the hotel, we found out about Denali Park Zipline and had a freaking BLAST! Our guides, Gail and Cory, were excellent! The jokes were top-tier, the conversation was easy and constant, and they were both adept at making us feel comfortable and safe with our equipment and the course. Lucky for us, we were a smaller group, so we got to really enjoy their company with the extra time we had. ALSO...what they DON'T tell you is that this is actually two adventures in one! We had almost as much on the ATV ride to and from the course as we did ziplining and we even got a glimpse of a baby moose! 10/10 would recommend this experience on your next trip to Denali.

This was a mixed experience for me, so let me explain. I had an overall fun experience despite the shortcomings of this place. But let me explain why I say mixed. We had a young family in our group with a daughter roughly aged 11. She became hesitant to go down the first run and eventually refused. This was actually not the problem, but a symptom. The course is not very well designed for first-timers. In many other courses I have visited, there is a warm-up run which is very short near the base. This gives participants a chance to gain trust in their gear by understanding how it feels to use it in it in a low danger way. Unfortunately, this course has no such thing. Instead, the first run is relatively intimidating. The platform space is high and simply way too small for a party of 9 people plus 2 guides. There is no railing and nowhere obvious to grip, so everybody is rightly aftaid of slipping off the edge. You wouldn't die if this happened because you are harnessed into the cables, but the lead length is long. If you slipped, you could suffer a nasty scrape and potentially a broken bone by the contact with the wooden edge. So I guess I am trying to say I totally see where this young girls fear came from. This was a design problem, not her problem. For some people, this won't be an issue, and my experience was good despite the shaky start. But I have experienced many better course designs. The views were nice and the weather was great during our visit. We had one guide I loved and one that was not my favorite, so mixed there as well.

We had an absolutely AMAZING experience. Our guides were Brandon and Shawn. They were the absolute BEST. They made our trip perfect. They encouraged, laughed and cheered us on! They were both extremely professional, but were able to balance that with a lot of fun! It didn’t take long for me to trust them and be able to relax and enjoy the experience. Highly recommend! THE BEST!!!!

So the recent park fires cancelled all of our original tour plans and we were left with no plans for our visit and everything else booked up already.
Emma was the first to answer the phone when we tried to find alternate plans. She was amazing, sweet, polite, and personable and made it a breeze to set plans. Got that done.
Kevin picked us up on time, had the dad jokes ready to keep us entertained, gave us history commentary on things around us on the drive up, and even spotted wildlife/moose for us on the way back.
Our guides at the zip line course itself were Anna and Davis. Those two were -amazing- and really made our first time zip lining an incredible experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. They were friendly, hilarious, and just great people to be around. You can tell they really enjoy doing what they do and in turn that happiness radiates to those around them as well.
We’re back off to Georgia in two days, but this trip has been amazing. Emma, Kevin, Davis, and Anna will definitely be cemented in our wonderful memories of this place.

〰️ Zipping, zipping! 〰️
This was an experience of a lifetime! The guides, Sam and Sean, were friendly and fun. As a solo rider joining a group of 9, we were all comfortable along the journey on the small platforms. I would recommend this experience to anyone from first timers (such as myself) to the veteran zippers. I didn't want it to end! Even Kevin our shuttle driver made the quick trip from the office to the pick-up point educational. I can't wait to go back!
