After being in quite luxury hotels on our tour we arrived at the. Denali Cabins to be shown to our log cabin. This was great fun. Bit chilly until we figured the heating out and recommend letting the shower warm up before stepping in. We felt we had the real Alaska experience. Staff were super helpful and we even managed a relax in the outdoor hot tub. Room was refreshed every day and clean towels provided. The boardwalk down the road had a couple of good restaurants and recommend the Serbian restaurant as well the pizza place.

We absolutely loved staying here! Great amenities that were clean (hot tubs, fire pit, sauna, coffee shop, and restaurant.) Feels secluded but 15 minutes from the park.

Every single staff member we met was so nice! The room was clean and warm. We also used the shuttle service when we desperately needed it, and they were there in 5 minutes and drove us back to our car!

Cannot say enough about how much we loved staying here!

We had a nice stay at Denali Cabins. Staff at check in/check out, shuttle service and in the restaurant "Prey" were very nice, helpful, informative and accomadating! Our only negative was an odor in our cabing. The front desk sent someone immediately and they sprayed a "disinfecting spray" . It helped a little. The shuttle service to Denali and the town was great and on time with the schedule provided us. It was nice that they had a community fire at night to sit around. There also is a community hot tub, but we did not use it. Overall our experience was fine.

We enjoyed our stay at Denali Cabins. The cabins were nice and the amenities, such as loan of bear spray, sauna, hot tub and fire pit were particularly nice. It was end of summer season and service in the dining at Prey Pub was particularly slow. Our shuttle driver on return to the train depot complained about having to drop us off there even though I had paid for that service at reservation. In all we enjoyed our stay.

Very very friendly and helpful staff!

Location wise, it is a bit far from the rail depot/visitors center but they have frequent shuttles that drop you off at all the main stops! Craig, the shuttle driver was super helpful and he even dropped us off at 6:30 am in the morning for our Tundra Wilderness Tour even though the shuttles did not start till 7 AM

The rooms are decent sized, showers are a bit small. There is a sauna and hot water pools on the premises. They also have a restaurant and coffee shop if you need to grab something before the early morning tours!

We stayed here because they are associated with the Denali Backcountry Lodge (inside Denali) and were able to facilitate the transfer easily. Room, bed and bathroom all tiny. HVAC noisy. One double bed for 2 people does not work. Restaurant for breakfast was good

Way over priced for the time we were there in Aug 2024. Shower very small. Beds super soft (if that is what you like). Cabin & facility clean. The staff were very friendly. Onsite restaurant, small bar & coffee house are convenient. 10-15 minute drive to Denali National Park Road & Entrance.

That’s funny, it’s listed as a three star hotel. I’m not exaggerating, we would’ve been better off pitching a tent. These supposed cabins have been thrown together with toothpicks and chewing gum. Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. For a family of four there was only two double beds. In a room, the size of a small class C Motorhome. The power kept flickering and popping breakers. The toilet leaked from the bottom seal basically raw sewage was leaking all over the nasty sticky bathroom floor, which was the size of an RV bathroom. The staff everywhere are just college students that really couldn’t care less. All for only $400+ A night. I’m pretty sure that’s about what they spent on building these supposed Cabins. My advice to whoever reads this is find a place an hour drive away from Denali. That’s better priced and better quality. The food, the quality, and the attitudes are definitely subpar and way way way overpriced in the Denali area.
