Interesting little strip of history. Each window is a bit of Payson history complete with photos and stories.
In the center is a tribute to the pony express.
The display windows are in need of a good cleaning. Some were a bit difficult to read.
I thought it opened up to a little museum or mercantile. I guess just a display of history.

There was no off-street parking, so it looks like you'll just have to find street parking nearby- limited spots but luckily it wasn't too busy (esp on a hot summer day). Not much to see, but the park is kept very neat and clean. There's a round small clock tower, and a statue of a horse near it. Behind, there is a shaded long cabin, and along the walls there are displays about the history of Deming and of Payson; there are some plaques to read.
Other than that, very bare bones and nothing else to see.
