Long version:
I fortunately found Sarah in a sea of wedding planners through a Google search. I was impressed by all the reviews explaining that she will go above and beyond, and she had an excellent first impression on me! She was friendly but also clearly knew what she was talking about. We decided to work with her on our two venue October wedding in Boulder almost immediately. We did a combination of her day-of services with add on consultation sessions. This felt incredibly supportive (I can only imagine how great her full service support is!)

My husband and I are people who love planning and spreadsheets and making sure all the details are figured out, but we did not have a vision for our wedding other that the guest list and having an outdoor ceremony. Sarah provided us with excellent vendor recommendations, an impressive level of organization and follow through, and she made us more excited for our wedding with each meeting. She helped us create the vision of a cozy, laughter-filled weekend. It was exactly that. Sarah met us where we were at as clients and provided realistic recommendations that would get us to our wedding day with minimal stress.

On the day of our wedding, my husband and I were fully engaged with our loved ones and smiling all day. We had fears of cold, rainy weather, but because of Sarah’s preparation and expertise, we knew how to deal with everything. Although our vendors were great, certain things didn’t go as planned—but we had no idea because Sarah and her associate Emma handled everything discreetly. Our parents didn’t have to do anything either. We all got to enjoy the entire weekend, unencumbered by last minute changes or things that didn’t go as planned.

We have received nothing but praise from family and friends about how our wedding was one of the best they have ever attended. We had a beautiful mountain top ceremony with a cozy, 120-person family dinner in downtown Boulder. Everyone was crying, laughing, and enjoying time with each other. My parents are so convinced of Sarah’s brilliance that they want her to coordinate both of my sisters’ weddings in the years to come (joking, but not really).

Choosing Sarah should be very easy. She is excellent. If you are reading this and trying to decide, I hope Sarah is available for your wedding date! My husband and I recently laughed about how Sarah provided a survey asking for how she could improve—we have no suggestions. She is exactly what we needed.

We left every meeting and conversation feeling reassured and confident which is how you want to feel. She made sure that our needs and vision were always met throughout the planning process and reflected in our timeline. She also has genuine connections with amazing vendors that it made building our vendor team so easy. On the wedding day, everything went so smooth! We did not have to worry about a thing besides enjoying the day and partying the night away. It is very evident that Sarah loves her job. Even our families and wedding party were constantly complimenting her professionalism, communication and dedication to making our wedding day a success. We couldn’t have done it without her and we are forever thankful we would get married again just to have Sarah! So do yourself a favor and get her as your planner!

Sarah was absolutely amazing. A true professional with the best attitude and personality for the job. She is so detailed in the planning process and thinks of everything possible. She is caring and checks on every single person involved in the wedding to ensure they are doing okay and if they need anything. She is so sweet and has great advice on wedding vendors, wedding tips/tricks, and wedding advice. The day went absolutely perfectly and smoothly. I had no idea if anything was or did go wrong because she was on top of everything and I wasn’t stressed or upset about anything not being perfect or going as planned. Sarah and her Delilah Events team are the best of the best coordinators in Colorado. We found Sarah through a recommendation and choosing Sarah as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made throughout the entire planning process.

Our July wedding was "unique" in a venue that had only had one other wedding prior to ours. Sarah went ABOVE AND BEYOND and had multiple extra meetings with the venue and the venue's team; decorated our store-bought cake; and more to ensure our day went as smoothly and beautifully as possible.
