This is the filthiest room I have ever seen. The couch was so bad, I wouldn't even put my bag on it, much less sit on it. The AC unit was covered up by furniture (not great for airflow). The walls were stained/greasy looking. We did not end up staying. We were not asked why we were checking out early. I think they knew. The room was $100+. For a few more dollars, I would recommend staying somewhere else.

The only good thing about this place is the nice people at the service desk. But for out of towners you should know this is a crack hotel. I've never seen so many thugs in my life. Very unsafe vibe. The tv didn't work, the floors were dirty, and a guy got beat half to death on the top balcony while I was there. It's very noisy and just not a good place to stay in my opinion. It cost me 355$ for 2 nights and it was so not worth that.

I booked a king suite and was given a 2 queen suite, followed by there being no remote for the TV. Front desk staff was nice and provided a remote but nothing regarding the room itself. The room itself was dirty and someone obviously had stayed with a dog, inside of the bathroom door was scratched bare and the door trim chewed on. All of the wooden furniture in the room also had teeth marks and corners chewed off. The sofa was also covered in stains. The only redeeming quality was the staff was friendly. As other reviews mentioned, there are some sketchy "guests".

This was one of, no the worse hotel stay we ever had anywhere. First of there was a hot tub advertised. Tried to use it and the tub was ice cold and inquired at the front desk and they said it was not working and said can't get parts and won't be working for maybe 6 more months. We'll if this is the case, this needs to be noted when reservations are made. The steamroom, same thing, not working. Rooms are in need of upgrades, they are so old and should not be rented out. The bathroom door was so warped it would not close at all. We booked a poolside room to be on the 1st floor and were initially given a 2nd floor room in what appeared to be a scary part of the hotel. The ultimate worse part is most people there were people living there full time. They were hanging out in front of there rooms smoking pot, getting loud and arguing. One room had an aggressive dog that would bark and back and lunge at the window as we would walk by. Will never stay here again and will tell anyone looking to stay in the area to STAY AWAY from this place. Not what a Wyndam Hotel should be. They should take their name off of it.

Ok so the service and help the lady has given us this earlier evening has been really amazing. So I booked this hotel on booking.com. just as a staycation for me and my friend that went to the bike fest in New Port Richey. When we first came here I'm told that there are no elevators or they don't work or something like then I am told that the room that I've originally booked which was a two queen bedroom pool front or full view I should say was no longer available. Then I have bad knees I had to climb the stairs which was terrible I know I sound like a Karen but I'm really far from it. So we get in the room that they end up giving us they finally set us up in something better than the first one they put us in and proceeded to see roaches here and there which means they have a roach problem. Location I did not expect to be that fancy because of where it's located off of US 19 in Port Richey. However I was hoping to have a comfortable evening and not had to go through what we did initially with checking in they had my room and booking completely wrong and I have confirmation . So needless to say I will never stay here again. They definitely need to have treatment done for the bugs or tint the entire building and definitely need to do some updating. And the price was quite steep for the type of hotel

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Glad I packed disinfecting wipes to use on door knobs, light switches, all surfaces. Window drapes were filthy and torn. Overstuffed arm chair looked like it experienced some dirty deeds. The wall which had a framed picture on it looked as if something was splattered all over it and the picture. Cooling/heating unit seemed to work well only in heating mode. Bathroom shower and toilet paper fixtures looked like they hadn't been replaced since the 1980s. I opened my suitcase on the floor and lived out of it. The refrigerator and bed (thankfully) were the cleanest things in the room. No elevator to the second floor. Breakfast was continental without spoons for yogurt, oatmeal, cereal. There also seemed to be a lot of long-term residents that may have issues. I would not recommend this property to anyone!

Booked two nights here in order to attend a funeral. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean enough. The people staying here are the lowest trash you will ever come across. The smell of marijuana is strong. The room next to me left their door open and the smoke was pouring out of the room. Nasty people are all over the grounds like zombies at all hours of the night. You hear loud music and dogs barking all night long. You will see people walking around like zombies and they will approach you. I feel sorry for the staff that is so excellent. This place needs to be burnt down and rebuilt so to keep the trash out. I've stayed in nice motels that had a terrible staff, and this one has a great staff with a trashy people problem.

I was there with Hubby after Christmas day with Grands and Greats and Daughter and hubby. I purposely asked for a King bed as we have a Service Dog, Lab/Brittney spaniel mix and sleeps with us. WE have a queen bed. Those extra 16 inches made a very big difference so we purchased a King bed to be here by end of week.
