Sherry, the other desk staff and the Manager here are awesome. We could stay down the street at the other hotel but the hospitality here is top notch. The rooms are always clean and if we need anything the staff is right on it. We stay here often and won’t go anywhere else.

This hotel was okay. The shower in my room had no hot water and the Internet kept cutting in and out, but I did receive a discount on my room because of the issues which I appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was decent and free.

I cannot say enough great things about Days Inn in Cabot AR. My husband and I stayed 4 months due to an issue in our home. We have met a lot of people from all over the U.S. that shared with us that this is the only hotel they will stay in. We absolutely understand why. We have been treated like family from day 1. The front desk staff, as well as the housekeepers and maintenance are so accommodating, professional, and kind to all guests. The owner/manager, Jay and his wife Rena, always take time to ask us if everything is ok and makes time for a quick visit. Everything is clean and well maintained. If you’re in the area do yourself a favor and see for yourself. You will quickly see what a gem this hotel is, and you will be happy and very satisfied upon checkout.

We had no Hot water ..
How can a hotel with all these rooms be out of hot water.
There was none at night or in the morning. Terrible for what it cost. Pool needs a serious paint job. Needs sign to notify no elevator where the luggage carts are. So people don't use them then have to unpack at the stairs .

We visited the area for a motorcycle race nearby. The hotel was clean and quiet. Service was fantastic. We'd stay again. Price was lower than the local serious competitors

Great experience! Checked all surrounding hotels took a Chance on Days inn in Cabot, AR. first, from the moment we walked in Sara went above & beyond to make sure we had the room to our satisfaction it was super clean smelled good and everything was in its place. Secondly the next morning The buffet section was surprisingly very clean, food was hot and all areas were stocked & organized very nicely, Sherry was very sweet & helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall the customer service was excellent I recommend this location. Super satisfied!

Most of the staff including Summer Sarah and Jamie were friendly and very helpful and deserve more than they get
The water heaters broke down twice while we were there and as they were eighteen years old I don't blame them. I do, however blame Jay, the franchisee for not changing them out after ten years which is considered to be a lifetime for water heaters. I found Jay and his associate Melinda to be abrasive to the point of rudeness.

No issues. Very clean and comfortable. All staff members were amazing and very engaging. I like to chat and everyone had time to converse with me. The manager Jay was available and engaging with his customers. I definitely recommend this hotel. I will always stay here when I visit my family in Cabot
